bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of North Charlotte

Although I had no prior knowledge of Bluefrog, I called them up because of the 5-start reviews in google. I had hot water heater problems. Honestly, the initial assessment and work wasn't perfect, but I have a pretty large and complicated home, so much of this is understandable. They kept at it and honored their original quote. Four different professionals came. A master plumber called Brian came in on the final visit and fixed all our problems. I called him the Hot Water Heater Whisperer. I really appreciated the front office's no-nonsense approach to business (Frank), as well as his/the business's iron-clad integrity. Happy customer.

Excellent service. I really enjoyed having Matt and Bryan work on my water unit. They were very honest and transparent about the issue I was having. Even tho it was a stressful situation their personality made me feel at easy!!

Booked online on Sunday for a Monday appt to have two bathroom sink clogs addressed. Nector arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to show and explain to me what he did and confirm the issues were both fixed. Great service and highly recommend

Professional, fast service! Because his techs were on other calls, Frank Foster installed the shower head in my guest bathroom himself. Frank was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He called when he was enroute, arrived on time, and worked quickly. Since moving to the Charlotte area I've had experiences with two other plumbing services. Those experiences left me, a widow, very concerned about overpricing. Dealing with Frank was a breath of fresh air! Clearly customer service, and not charging top dollar, is his priority. I will definitely use him again!

Bluefrog saved us last night! We had a desperate situation at our vacation home after guests left in the morning with a multidrain blockage. I called more than 8 plumbers and the earliest any of them could get someone there was late Saturday evening which would be well AFTER our next guests arrived. After speaking with Annette and a follow up from her in the afternoon, she was able to get a tech to get to the house before our next guests arrived. Shea was excellent. He was professional, thorough, very persistent and communicated his progress along the way. After a lot of work, he was finally able to clear through a major blockage!
We will definitely use Bluefrog again!

Came out to give us a price. Their quote was at least 3 times higher than other quotes we got from reputable contractors. The length of piping was 2.5 times longer than needed. The quote called for quite a bit of unnecessary work without any camera probing to verify. The quote itself was given with no inspection at all. Literally stood in the front yard and pulled a very high number out of…the sky. Run away.
