Have called them twice and they were prompt, professional and did wxcellent work for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

These guys are the best!!! I had an emergency and they came out right away and set the appointment and came out on time and worked their tails off fixing a major issue. I’m 💯 satisfied and will highly recommend to others!!

Picked up a scent of gas near my mechanical closet and immediately called a company for check up, Louie at LC Heating & Cooling was at my door the very next day to look at my system, turns out I had a dangerous leak from a component that could not be repaired. With a 4 week old baby in the house going without heat was not option. Louie was thoughtful, considerate and extremely professional, he was able to shuffle his schedule and installed a top of the line Carrier system a day later, just before and expected coldfront was moving in. I strongly recommend this locally owned and operated small business to anyone, Louie is a great guy and look forward to working with LC Heating & Cooling in the future.

I love everything about this company. They're personable and professional, and make it clear they're there to help you and not just make a buck. Gerald and his amazing team quickly installed a new furnace when ours went out in the middle of winter and we couldn't be more grateful. Every other company insisted on costly upgrades and Gerald and his team knowledgeably explained why they weren't exactly necessary. LOVE this company and will continue to use and recommend them to everyone I know.

The technician told me that the inducer motor needed to be replaced because it was measuring at 2.1A and was running too hot. The motor itself is a 2.3A motor, so I got a second opinion and there is nothing wrong with the motor. The flame sensor just needed cleaning and so far the heater is working well. This is my first negative experience with Wagner, they usually don’t try to sell you things you don’t need.
