Do not do any business with Solcius. Their contract states that you waive your right to arbitration. This shows that they are a shady company. Also, they only give 3 days to change your mind. If you cancel after the 3 days then you have to pay $6,000 just to cancel. Even if permits get denied you are are the hook to pay $6000!! Their prices are over inflated and there are a lot of bad reviews on the BBB. They should not have an A+ rating.

I had a great experience with Meraki solutions and Solcius. I read a lot of bad reviews here and i personally had a great experience with solcius. I’m not sure if it was just the people i did the deal with but they were extremely professional and they answered all my questions and they were honest and patient with me which I loved. A lot of people that left bad reviews seemed like they weren’t being taken care of correctly.

Horrible customer service!! Although most of my issues have been with Meraki. The rep from solcius hung up on me because she didn't have an answer to my problem. Very dishonest and just want you to get the panels so then they can be solely your problem after that.

This company's reps have no regard for the customer. Only the sale. Be careful when a rep asks for your last 4 and they pull your credit without your knowledge or a signature from the homeowner. Do your homework.

I would never recommend this company. First they don't explain everything to you. They don't tell you, you will still have to pay the electric company. They told me the tax credit would be $12,000. The 1st salesperson rushed the process without giving me a chance to go over the contract. I tried to cancel the next day and he didn't help me with that. I wasn't sure how to cancel. Then the salesperson told me I would be charged a lot of money if I cancelled. They sent some other guy promising incentives. Never heard from him again. I didn't know the purchase of solar panels would show up on my credit report and cause my credit score to go down. The whole process took forever. They blamed the electric company every time I would call them. I'd like to cancel but I don't know how to do it and how much it will cost me. This is something I regret doing.

. From the time. I signed a contract to the time of installation was approximately a month and a half. Also the technicians and electricians who came in to install were very courteous, professional, and the installation was done in one day I would highly recommend.

Today was the second time my newly installed system has failed inspection. The first was due to design error in plan. The second time was due to revision not being submitted in time for inspector to have something to match to the actual installation. I sure hope the product performs better than this process.

Everything was going good, till we got our first snow here in Santa Fe. Last week my room started leaking and I called complained let them know it’s leaking into my house causing a mess, it’s been 4 days and haven’t heard anything back, they said it’d be 24-48 hours for someone to come. Best part it’s going to snow again this week.

Rethink before you do business with this company. Have been trying to get the solar panels to work for months and no one is taking ownership of the issue. I've called several times and still no connection but they sure are taking the payments for them. When you call to inquire they sound like they don't care. If I could give them no stars that's what I would do!

My system wasn't working for over 2 months and they wanted to give me a courtesy credit per a manager of $25. What a slap in the face, not even 25% of the two months that I paid and that doesn't include the solar energy I lost out on ‼️‼️‼️

Where to begin...roof inspector inspected the roof incorrectly or didn't care.

The architectural drawings had the panels facing north and south. No one from the company attended the HOA zoom meeting so it wasn't addressed.

When the day came to install, the installers said the roof wasn't adequate! I questioned this and was told the original roof inspector wasn't qualified! That guy was there with them!!! Keep in mind we're trying to do this during a pandemic!

Ok so the whole fiasco with the roof begins. Solcius negotiates with roofers spontaneously show up at my house trying to get me to agree to upgrades on the roof! I finally decide to cancel everything.

Now I'm being billed to the tune of $900 for the roof cancellation!!!

DO NOT use this company!

AMAZING!! These guys are a dream. I could not have asked for a better experience switching to solar. All of the employees involved are so professional. They have done a spectacular job with communication, explaining all the details clearly and working extremely efficiently. Any time they have set an appointment, they have all shown up on the dot! Any phone calls that were needed- I never had to wait on hold at all! Most impressive crew ever. I have the highest respect for them and am so grateful for all they’ve done.

I had 2 sales men come over for a quote and after everything seemed to be good one of them had me sign some documents to see if I would be eligible for the installation of solar. I was told if I signed I would not be obligated to the contract until the final doc u sign was signed by me in 2-3 weeks after the inspection was complete to see if the install would be approved.
This Friday I received an email from PNM that an application was submitted for solar and today 4/4/22 that there was an approval. I called all day and could not reach the number on the email. I found the number of the contact person and was told I had to go through with the contract and could not cancel the project or I would have to pay a 16% cancellation fee. No one ever contacted me after the inspection and seems like this company is very pushy. The contact person informed I only had 5 days to cancel which is a lie. When I received the quote I told the salesmen I would need at least 2-3 weeks to think about it. They said that was ok. Now I am outraged with being told I have to pay a fee with out my approval of the final documents signed through my email.
DO NOT TRUST these salesmen, not sure about the company until tomorrow when I reach out to them.
Not a happy camper and will continue to pay my bills at PNM

Do not go with this company. They dont do weekends like they said. Ended up waiting n waiting. And they want you to do it during the week. Would have never sign the contract. And then when you do cancel it. They stick you with the bill for the permits.. very dissatisfied with this company..
Plus to top it off there sales people pay no attention to no trespassing sign that's posted.

It's taking longer than I expected for install but I'm told that permitting in rio rancho, nm takes a bit of time. It's installed now so waiting on final inspections then hopefully I'll be generating soon.

This company hassled my sister for months to get their product installed. When she finally agreed to have the company check her roof to see if it was fit, they said to sign the contract. However she did not know how to access her email or even if she had an email address they insisted on using my email and had me sign her name on the contract. They promised she would receive a copy of the contract but did not. Her roof was not fit to install and she ended up cancelling the contract with them. Now this company is saying they will take her to court for 359 dollars for the fee of checking the roof. She tried to tell them that now on lockdown it will be hard to pay all of it and they will not take payments and said they don't care if she can't afford it now or cannot go out to get the money for them. This is a horrible company, very pushy and demanding. Don't buy solar from them.

It was a process. I think that it would be good to know how long it takes. In our neighborhood the tranformers were old and had to be replaced this took several months. There is a lot of back and forth issues with PNM. The service people were great they explained why things were delayed.

I learned about Solcius through their door-door reps, who open with the line I work for PNM. That was the first lie. Spend well over an hour discussing solar, how they actually AREN'T part of pnm, and how the deal would look for my house. They mention they are funded by the state and that's how you pay nothing and then take my information to see if I qualify. My understanding being qualify for whatever grant program they work with, NOPE it was too see if I qualify for and to apply for a loan! Well I DIDN'T WANT A LOAN so there we have strike 2 damaging my credit score. But did I Stop there? Nope, we continue conversation, discuss the route without a loan, read through the contract (which does not say A LOT of the things the rep was promising for example if you get a pnm bill WE pay for it contact also states something like, do not believe the promises make by thecontractor that are not written in this document, and sign along with writing a $1,000 check for the deposit. After doing to research I decide I'm not ready for solar NOW. I try asking questions to Luis (rep) who doesn't answer STRIKE 3 I will not do business with unreliable people/agencies, then says he's going out of town and we'll talk when he gets back (this is during COVID so I did not agree to meet PLUS I only have a short number of days to cancel) so I try canceling with my reps, they won't listen to what I want, Luis says he's can put in on hold (not a statement in the contact so not believing it) October 19th, I email Solcius to cancel, ...no cancellation confirmation, I call Solcius to cancel, staff says it's canceled and I ask if I will receive an email confirmation....she says yes... But no confirmation was received. I call again, it's confirmed that the project has already been canceled and I FINALLY GET AN EMAILED CONFIRMATION October 21st (that is not very detailed, nor does it have Solcius anywhere on it. So now the only thing is my $1,000 deposit that Luis said would be ripped up if cancellation occurred. I look at my bank statements and find that the check cleared Oct 23rd. I have yet to be refunded by Solcius.

Don't do it! We have had our service for a little over a year my inverter has gone out 3 times in that time we have had to pay both our electricity bill and the solar bill for 6 months out of a year of service. It's funny when they sale you your system they'll have technicians out to your home in a week, once you have it they take weeks to get a technician out and can't give any time frames. When the solar works its a great investment but when it's out your forced to pay both the PNM and Solcious.
