They ripped the drywall through my ceiling left it like that and threw the drywall away, then they forgot to light the pilot three times and had to keep coming back to light up unprofessional will never use again now my water heater Igniter is broken

My service tech was dispatched quickly. He did an initial diagnostic and called out master technician Terrence for a second opinion.
Courteous, understanding and knowledgeable, Terrence quickly found an incorrectly installed part that he suspected was the culprit. He laid out my options to me, noting all factors in play, the 10 year old system, the strain on the system from improper installation, and other potential problems around not replacing the whole system. He showed me how to save money by using the service contract going forward.

Terrence got me a quick call from the office quoting me the flat rate repair. The sales rep Jeremy was called out to quote me a replacement system if required. The next day Terrence came out, replaced the part along with the servicing of the line and it fired up right away, cooling my house down faster than it had ever done in my 4 years of owning the house.
