When we ordered our new AC/Heating unit, Tracey was super helpful explaining all our different options and she is always very responsive any time we have a problem. I have a service agreement with B.Carlson. They come out twice a year and check my HVAC and heating system. I have been using them for years and love the service they provide. They keep my systems clean and running at top performance. I believe in being pro-active in mataining, not having to react to unit not working at a bad time. I feel the the service agreement is a great value and peace of mind. Christian is awesome, he came by today and did a thorough cleaning of my HVAC. He did a thorough check-up to make sure all of the units numbers were in line with specs. I know keeping them clean will save us from costly repairs down the road and keep them running efficiently. I also really appreciate the front office staff. Kris called earlier in the year to renew my service contract. Ashelyn, calls to set up my appointments in advance and then the day before as a reminder. They both are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Christian called to let me know he was on the way and was on time. Now I can sit back and relax knowing our cooling comfort is good to go for the rest of this season and the next. I will probably not use Albq Plumbing again, not that Orlando and helper did not work hard. They did. Things like 370 dollars to do a leak detection that was totally off and still charged me, trip charges when they leave and return. The project started on Feb 10th with detection service that day and could not or would not start work on Thursday or Friday but would work weekend at overtime rates. I'm into them for over 400 so they scheduled the 15th of Feb,, hmm 5 days without water.Orlando arrived at 8:15 Feb 15th it took 6.5 hours to locate the leak after using leak detection services on the 10th which were all off by 15ft. They tore up lots of driveway to locate the leak the old fashion way by hand. Once located the break was fixed in about half an hour. Now the filling and repair of the driveway was less then desirable looking very ghetto and not finished to try and match the driveway. For the cost of the job I would think it would have looked clean after all said and done.
