Called Rocketman Christmas Eve morning in dire need with family arriving. They responded promptly. They sent me a text when they were coming accompanied by photo of who was coming. Took care of the problem, wished me a merry Christmas and were gone. No more problem. Thanks guys!!

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

Joseph Sanchez provided exemplary service. He took time explaining to me basic plumbing and what to do in case of a leak.

Tony was my serviceman to replace my garbage disposal. He explained everything before he did the work. At the end, he made sure I understood how to reset the disposal and how to use the Allen wrench. He cleaned up where he worked and took his garbage and tools with him. He was very professional and ON TIME! I will continue to use Affordable Service for future plumbing needs.

They were not nice, condescending and 600 + dollars more than all the other plumbers I called for the job. From the word hello, you could talk they didn't care whether I did business with them. Since they were the first call and not knowing if this was as good as it gets in town, I remained kind. Fortunately it wasn't. I contacted 7 other companies and none of them were even close to cost and none were rude. Busy, but not rude.

We've had this company come twice recently. They have managed to fix a job that had been left unfinished by a previous plumber. Previous plumbers had also said that it couldn't be fixed and we would have to take out an entire wall. They went above and beyond to fix our problems.
