Best Water Line Plumbing in Albuquerque NM
These guys are the best. They installed a new furnace in my home at a very reasonable price. The unit passed city inspection and works great!

In 2003, Carlson HACP installed a new Criterion 2 into an older house I am still living in. I have never had to have it repaired and never had anyone else come in to maintain the unit....In the early morning hours the unit would not kick in and I was freezing. I called and Carlson's sent over a tech mid afternoon ..Mr. Saavedra professionally found the problem, repaired, cleaned the unit and monitored for carbon monoxide... it was good to go. He was also kind enough to instruct me on choosing a better filter, the need for maintance during particular seasons, and to be thinking of changing out the unit...it has been almost 20 yrs. LOL I am totally grateful for the Carlson team to understand my dilemna and sending a tech quickly, instead of having to wait days and cold nights for an available tech during this cold season....Thank you for the blessing you have given this old lady and checking up the next day to see that all went well with the unit . This company was awesome! Our air conditioner went out and they were able to come out the next morning! They came, assessed the problem, ordered the part, and were back in the afternoon to replace the part. Highly recommend!

Hired to address 2 minor leaks...1 from toilet that required simple wax ring replacement and 2nd from under kitchen sink that required simple drain pipe and flange replacement...tech was there for barely 2 hours to complete work and then wanted to charge us over $800 for the minor repairs that were done. When we protested, he gave us a 'discount' but bill was still over $700!! That amounts to over $350 per hour for work that was done which, IMHO, is absolutely ridiculous. Worst of all, after charging to replace the wax ring for the toilet, he then tells us that our toilet should be replaced, and offered to come back out to replace it at another time, for a separate charge...but then, said he'd give us a discounted rate for that....what a croc! The whole experience felt like we were dealing with an old-school used car dealer. I think he (his name was Barney) thought that because we were elderly women that he could just tell us anything and we'd believe it and also, that he could change whatever he wanted. Came away feeling very disrespected and taken advantage of and we will never use Wagner again...even though we have other services we need, including having our furnace serviced for the winter. It was a terrible experience.

The team at Water Mold Fire Restoration of Albuquerque were A+. The follow through, professionalism and focus on customer service was beyond my expectation. I reached out to WMF and now I am giving them 5 stars myself. The job they did was high quality, on time and on budget. There is no reason to go anywhere else. They are the best

Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.

My mother is in her upper 60’s and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find companies that will not try to rob her blind for house work etc.. The technicians were very courteous and professional and were able to snake most of the clogs we had during the “first round” of service. There was a toilet upstairs that was not resolving unfortunately.
The scheduler / person on the phone (I believe whose name was Evelyn) was rude and not transparent with what she deemed as “separate” vs “same” jobs. We were charged twice for something that should have been added to the first service. Very unclear, unprofessional and rude to deal with. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.
