Wager did a complete overhaul and replacement of the hot water boiler system. Rebuilt the entire distribution manifold, installed a 50 gallon hot water heater, and installed an electronic water descaler,It was a complete, professional install. Service was excellent, and the Master plumber, Alex Lackey, did the complete install and was extremely, professional, meticulous, and courteous! I would recommend Wagner to anyone!

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. The positive reviews on here are friends and family. Just call to schedule and you can tell just by the way the girl answers the phone. I called to schedule and was told she busy and in the field when hours went by I called again and was told they could schedule with a window. They not professional and they are rude I will spend my money elsewhere

I've used this business previously with no problem. This time, I'm afraid it's been quite different. I called Plumbing Express LLC, because our hot water recirculating unit was not working properly. Stacy came out and stated we needed a new unit. I inquired what the cost would be, and she didn't know. She went to a local big box hardware store to pick up a new unit and called to say they had one. She asked if I wanted her to get one. I inquired about total price, with installation and she estimated $300. Once the product was installed, the amount then became $455. I spoke with Stephan Williams, the owner, and told him I was not willing to pay that kind of mark-up on the product. He said that as a small business owner, he needed to have that kind of mark-up. I told him that was not what I was quoted, and I would not pay it. He brought the price down to $375. THEN, the new product did not work, and some of our lights on the same breaker went out simultaneously with installation! We had an electrician out to verify nothing was wrong with the outlet or our electricity in general. Since then, I've called Plumbing Express LLC repeatedly and have left a plethora of messages with staff and on voice mail requesting a new unit be installed. I have handled myself cordially and patiently. It has been WEEKS, and NO RESPONSE from Stephan Williams to have a new unit installed. I am in the process of checking with the NM Licensing Board and intend to file a formal complaint if this situation is not rectified immediately, and I am taking other legal measures to handle this problem. I wish it had not come to this. Extremely frustrating experience, and I'm afraid I can no longer recommend this business at all.

my dad works here and he does a really good job. i’ve been able to go to his work a few times and a few side jobs on the weekends with him sometimes and he works really hard. so we will end up working on our house sometimes like fixing heating and stuff. he’s anthony that’s my dad. i love courtesy they work professionally and work hard.

I rarely have good customer service experiences anymore so when they do occur I am excited to share. We had one company come out and say they could not find our AC leak. They said we needed to then repipe from attic above 2nd floor down to ground level outside to the unit. This was going to run us $5k+ (not to mention have new piping down the prominent face of our house). I decided to get a 2nd opinion and called Sunshine. These guys were so personable and professional. They ran one test and found the leak in minutes. It was in fact outside and on the unit itself. So, had we re-piped the whole system from the attic and paid thousands we would have still had a leak! I am a nurse and mom of 3. No one deserves to be lied to but I truly don't understand these things and I'm so glad I found a company that advocated for me and is doing the right thing for my home and family. Highly recommend Kurston and Josh! Thankful for companies that value their customers.
