While I did not end up using Motherroad's services to complete my water filtration project, I feel compelled to leave a review after my experience. This was far and away the BEST interaction I have ever had with a contractor. Alex was prompt, explained my options in great detail, and did not try to upsell or push anything extra or unnecessary to my project. He told me exactly what he wanted to use, why he wanted to use it, and included a breakdown of every single item and its purpose in his quote. He also broke down his pricing for me, which provided that extra layer of comfort with the process.

It is clear that Alex really knows his stuff and takes great pride in his work. If you haven't yet, take a look at the pictures on his website; he is definitely an artist of his craft. Unfortunately, we did not have the room in our budget to go with him on this occasion, but I wholeheartedly believe he is worth his price and would be ecstatic to go with Motherroad on a future project down the road. B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing did an amazing job providing me with various proposals to consider all of my options (Salesperson was Jeremy Larson). They were fabulous at installing my new refrigerated air, furnace, air purification, humidifier system. They were the utmost professional and clean. They cleaned the jobsite after each day of install. (David and his crew were the installers) They kept me posted every step of the way. Quality Control stopped by the jobsite to check the status of the install. She was also very professional and kind. B. Carlson's also scheduled the final inspection to accommodate my schedule. I would highly recommend B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing over ANY and every HVAC company in Albuquerque!!!!! By far better than the best!!!!!

They performed a duct cleaning and Kevin L quoted us a price for upgrading from swamp air to refrigerated air that was reasonable and explained the benefits of the system we chose. The crew that installed the new system did a great professional job, we are very happy with the quality and efficiency in which they were able to get the job done. Recently had an issue that Ron, Kevin and Sue helped get resolved. Overall I am impressed with the great customer service and the team here.

We had no hot water! They came the same day that I called and diagnosed the problem right away on a tankless water heater....and fixed it. I will be using MGP again and highly recommend!

I needed help on a Saturday with a leak. I was also dealing with a family medical emergency . Barney with Wagner was kind enough to work around when I could be home. He got the leak fixed and scheduled to come back on Monday to complete the repair. Barney and Reece came back Monday morning as promised and completed the job. They were both polite, efficient and cleaned up the area on completion. Barney did a great job of explaining what he did and pointing out valves as well as telling me how best to maintain the hot water tank etc. I appreciate the great communication and updating me on arrival times. Barney and Reece both had a great attitude and were very professional and Knowledgeable . I would recommend Wagner to friends and family and suggest requesting Barney.

The mold removal company I used was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone! There was a lot of mold in the entire house. The mold is also the cause of my skin allergy. The company was contacted to remove it. I found this company online. It was a pleasure to work with such professional technicians. The process of mold removal was done quickly and efficiently. It was great!

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

They converted my house to refrigerated air. They were quick and friendly. Had issues this past summer during the rain storms, called and left a VM, never received a call back
