I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. I saw a Carlson truck across the street shortly after noon. I had two kitchen sinks loaded with water and goop. The driver said call the office. Cindy answered and she scheduled Carlos Chavez to come out the same afternoon. Climbed upon the roof and reamed it out. Professional, highly competent. By 3:30 that afternoon all was well. All categories mentioned are surely true. I haven't had a service call that I enjoyed as todays. I felt trusting not skeptical . I'd been scheduled a 2 hr. window and to my delight the fellas showed up on the front end of that 2 hr. window and called ahead. My worries as a senior citizen were all for nothing. I was in good hands with Central Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

I had a emergency repair that needed immediate attention. Pro plumbing was there within an hour and had the hose bib fixed before noon. Great service and price.

I submitted an online request Sunday afternoon, and Wagner called at 815am Monday to schedule a same-day appointment. Their communication is second to none! They kept me updated throughout the morning via text and phone calls on what time I could expect the plumbers.Barney and Reece were excellent. They took care of my plumbing issue (we couldn't get the water supply hose off the toilet and broke the fill valve in the process) professionally and efficiently, and went above and beyond by ensuring everything else was in the best possible shape it could be (toilet seat installed, tank attached tightly, etc.). They also took some extra time to get me a quote on a kitchen sink installation and answered all my questions about it. I can't recommend them enough.

Valdez did a complete repipe on our home in March of this year. They did an excellent job. The crew was professional and efficient. The price was very affordable and included the drywalling.
