Best Water Heater Maintenance in Albuquerque NM

My husband installed our furnace in the attic. There were just a few issues with it we needed help with. The Rocketman service guy went up our creaky ladder to get there without complaining. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything and had great suggestions. The furnace runs like a champ. We recommend Rocketman!

I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

I am a Realtor and have used Pro Plumbing for more than ten years (10) for my own properties as well as recommended them to all of my clients. During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

Had these folks out to look at my furnace as it would not run at all. I was given two options to resolve the issue: 1. replace control board, ignitor, exhaust motor and capacitor or 2. replace the entire unit which is barely 10 years old for nearly $9K. There of course was plenty of pressure to replace the unit, and the price continued to drop as I opted for option #1.Parts for the repair were not available til the next day, and there was more pressure applied to go with option #2. However overnight I had googled the exact model of unit proposed for option #2 and found that one could be purchased for $4200. I understand that one must turn a profit to run a company, and I understand there is a cost associated with installation, but the proposed bill was more than 2x the cost of the unit........ When I built my house ~ 10 years ago we did not pay $9K to put the entire system in the house (duct work and everything).Far from affordable, and I will not be calling Affordable Service Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning in the future.

Moved gas line for stove/range. Very affordable and good work. Would highly recommend.

Weren't able to come out the first scheduled day, but made sure someone came out the following day. Very professional very courteous, was able to get us up and running to enjoy our newly purchased home.

I have asked RMS to come to my aid so many times I cant count. I have not had better service, quality workmanship, or felt like a company cares about me like that I have experienced from RMS. Scott and his team know what to do, how to do it, and explain everything from start to finish. Pointers on efficiency, proper maintenance, its so wonderful I cant list enough things.
