1. CALLED AFTER HOURS, AFTER 8PM ON SUNDAY.
ANSWERED MY CALL WITHOUT HESITATION....
2. VERY INFORMATIVE WAS NEVER A HIDDEN COST.. I WAS DOING YARD MAINTENANCE AND NICKED MY COOPER TUBING WHICH CAUSED UNIT TO LOSE ALL FREEON...
3. VERY VERY REASONABLE, JASON WILL WORK WITH YOU... AMAZING TOO KNOW THERE ARE STILL REAL PEOPLE OUT THERE...
4. OFFICE STAFF CAME OUT- WAS WELCOMED WITH A SMILE, WENT AROUND 5PM, SAW A FEW EMPLOYEES, THEY WERE VERY PLEASENT... I WOULD GIVE THIS BUSSINESS MORE THAN A 5 STAR UNABLE BECAUSE OF CHOICES...

Great service!

Had a rough series of experiences over the last week. They seem really focused on trying to sell a long-term service contract, even after a year of me telling them no, and stop asking. My wife took a half day off work to meet the plumber - and I spoke directly with the plumber in the morning, but because I didn't answer my cell phone when their office called, they refused to send him out. Apparently, according to them, I am the first person who hasn't been able to answer the phone right away when they call (I guess they have no customers from the base, Sandia Labs, medical, or legal professions). When the plumber did show up, finally, after hours and after I called them, he did not have the necessary parts (even a basic angle stop valve to shut off a leaking toilet) to complete the job. I like the individual plumbers, but their office staff needs to get its act sorted out. I will never do business with them again.

We had our new single inlet evaporative cooler shut down for the winter and furnace startup done this Saturday.Our technician Steve Padilla did a wonderful job. Steve was professional cordial and efficient. We are completely satisfied with the service we received from Steve.

The positive reviews on here are friends and family. Just call to schedule and you can tell just by the way the girl answers the phone. I called to schedule and was told she busy and in the field when hours went by I called again and was told they could schedule with a window. They not professional and they are rude I will spend my money elsewhere

Replaced plumbing box for clothes washer.Everyone I talked to was so pleasant and helpful! They were able to get us in early due to a cancelation! Yay!!Joe (and the gentleman working with him) were thoughtful, honest, respectful, and kind! I would highly recommend contacting them!!

I gave the company a call and got my call answered pretty quickly and the guy was really nice and professional as well and had no problem sending two guys over to help me fix my ac. The two guys were very professional as well keeping me updated on what was going on with my ac and what needs to be replaced and there price as well is really good and affordable. I know I sound like I'm paid to say this but I am not and I really recommend people to call this company if you have any ac problem :D

The guys were great with our gas problems, patient and hard-working. I will be happy to use their services again when needed.

They will not give you an arrival time. They pretty much have you at home all day waiting for them with no time frame and then arrive after hours. Would not recommend

Brody is very professional and honest. He does amazing work and is very thorough. I will recommend him to anyone that has heating or plumbing needs.

After 5 years the piping installed with the new water heater rusted out and started leaking. Sean replaced the piping with better quality piping and replaced the expansion tank because that, as an effect of the rusting pipe, was rusted too.

Go Green installed an HVAC system for us, They were polite, on time and always called to tell us they were on their way. The system works beautifully. They even fixed a completely unrelated issue while in our home just because they could. I highly recommend this company. The cost was thousands of dollars less than the companies that advertise on TV. Do your homework before engaging anyone to do a big job. There is a small issue with the thermostat but I'm confident that will be handled as quickly and professionally as the rest of the job - they will be our go to plumber for everything our home needs in the future

Had a root blockage , backing up multiple toilets and tubs. Shaq cleared the blockage quickly.

Academy overcharges for their parts (gas valve-notice below at the other review)! Our heater is older but found another company (Simmons) with the same part that was reasonably priced. When I told the technician I would try to get the part on line, he put the 'old' part behind the panel unattached and hurried out the door....I ran and got him to take the part out behind the panel. Simmon's mentioned how unprofessional they were by just leaving it unattached. He didn't have enough time to reattach it and test the gas valve to see if it REALLY was the problem. Academy said we'd need a transformer too. The other guy tested it and it was fine. Simmon's staff were courteous, explained the problem by showing and troubleshooting. The heater is working VERY WELL!!! My elderly mom has used Academy in the past....by looking at the bills they took advantage. They lost us as customers!
