Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

I've been a big fan of Alex's before he broke out on his own in starting this company. He and his staff are respectful, timely, and do great work. They won't be the cheapest option around, but you get what you pay for -- in the best way.

Mark and his team are amazing! They hooked us up with a swamp cooler called the Breezeair and I have never been happier. It works similar to an a/c unit but its still swamp. I have been very happy with my unit and last summer it kept my house 70° ,the whole summer withour raising our electricity too much or even water. I highly recommend them and their services. Great Experience with Technician Moshe. Very professional and personable upon arrival. Did a great job explaining the services recommended and was not pushy when it came time to give me the price/estimates. The only difficult part is scheduling the technician as Wagner can't really tell you when they will arrive other than the day- very difficult for working professionals who aren't at home all day.

These guys are the guys to call for any of your plumbing, evaporative cooler, HVAC needs. Very professional & knowledgeable. The guy Wade is a superstar when it comes to troubleshooting wutever issue you may be having. And the woman that answered the phone aswell very knowledgable, friendly, curious & professional. I recently purchased a new home in ABQ. On the day I moved in, I found myself with a plumbing problem. HomeRun Plumbing Heating and Cooling had been out to the property the day before to provide me with a free estimate on moving my refrigerator water line, as well as make a repair to my water box in the garage. On moving day, the water box leak had become a bigger problem and I was concerned I might have some major water damage if left until Monday. I called Bodie to let him know and he was at my home within an hour to check things out. He assessed the issue and made the repairs - same day! (This was a Saturday, nonetheless!) He charged me the quoted amount from the day before and got things back in working order. When he arrived on Monday for the water line relocation, I had discovered my evaporative cooler was leaking onto my kitchen ceiling.
After the water line project was complete, he found the issue and made the proper repairs at the same time.
