In the midst of the Albuquerque heat wave our refrigerated air suddenly stopped working. Called Rocketman at 7:00 am and they said they could send a crew out same day! Ken and Ray called when they were 20 mins away, showed up as scheduled, and gave me some quick diagnostic facts and cost estimates for possible outcomes. Then they went on the roof and started testing the least expensive parts first. Praise God, it was just a $20 capacitor. Ken knows his stuff and was great at communicating. Five stars all around.

Kurt and Brian came to my house and repaired my leaking swamp cooler, a leaky pipe under the crawlspace of the house, replaced a drain and a garbage disposal. Needed a new AC/furnace during the hottest weeks of the year. Installers did a great job. All were very professional. Lots of different HVAC and electrical work was seamlessly coordinated. Financing was super easy. All work was completed in two days.

Called them and they gave me an appointment for the next day. Never recieved a call before appointment as promised and no body showed up. I called at appointment time and the guy told me he would call back in 10mins. Never happened.
