Didn't quite get my problem solved the first time. Came right out and fixed it after that tho. No waiting.

I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

James arrived on schedule, with all the necessary tools, and took care of the replacement. I was pleased that he noticed the original was a combo Smoke and CO2 detector. The replacement was only Smoke Detector. He made certain i had CO2 monitors in place - and in a much better location than my ceiling. Affordable Service is SO easy to work with - Thank you!

Wagner continues to demonstrate their commitment to the quality of their work. Today their general manager, Gary, and job supervisor, Brandon came out to follow through on the troubleshooting of the operating efficiency of the system installed. Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

We just had them come in and do a complete transfer from a Swamp Cooler/Heater system to a complete central air Heating and Cooling system and i could not be happier. They went above and beyond and were amazingly professional. Herman, Sam, Charles and Nathan were the best i could have asked for, they touched ever base and cleaned up so well afterwards. If you are looking for a professional job and amazing workers, you found it.

I must use Desert Suns to start up and shut down my special Breezeair unit, as opposed to my own plumber. The technicians are competent and nice, and scheduling the service is easy. Living in Santa Fe, I must pay a trip charge for them to travel from Albuquerque, which I understand, but the technicians apparently do not carry the array of parts on their van that might be needed for repairs incidental to the service. What that means is, if something RELATED to the process fails, such as the valve to turn on or off the water supply to the unit, you will be on the hook for an additional trip charge for them to go get what they need, a few miles away.

He also got my cooler working again and explained each step he took to get it working and gave some recommendations for next season.
