Best Sewer System Repairs in Albuquerque NM

I've been pleased with the work that Rocketman Plumbing has done at my house. They are MUCH cheaper than TLC, I mean hundreds cheaper. The only negative thing is the scheduling. There always seems to be some sort of glitch. I would highly recommend calling the day before your appointment and confirming. But I'll keep using them!

For the most part I am pleased with the service. I had work done on my water heater, but the serviceman forgot to turn on the hot water valve after the repair. This was late in the afternoon, and the office was closed by the time I realized his mistake, so therefore I was without hot water for another night!

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

If you want work done correctly do not waste your time and money on these guys.

Jerod and his partner Sparrow came by initially because our evaporative cooler was not cooling. They corrected the issue, in a timely manner and it was very affordable. Shortly thereafter we had a different issue, unrelated to this one. The same two young men came to the rescue again! They were prompt, efficient, polite and covid-19 cautious. I would definitely recommend!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
