Best Sewer Line Installation in Albuquerque NM
I’ve used them for years on rental property . I’m most impressed with the speed in which they responded to my own plumbing issues and the reasonable rates for the quality of service.

I was struggling draining my water heater and flushing it. It was taking more than a couple hours. I called Alex, and over the phone he gave me the best gift, fully worth a paid visit, but no charge. He walked me through being able to flush the tank in 15-20 minutes! And additional after care of my faucets. Later I had a problem shutting off the drainage valve, and he came out and removed an obstruction. He is passionate about what he does, and knows the history of all things plumbing. He freely gives away the tips and tricks he’s learned over years of experience and hundreds of installations. He explains everything so a lay person can understand. And he lets you know all costs upfront. He is very responsive, stays in communication, and keeps you in the time loop, and shows up as scheduled. If there ever was a “THE ONE” plumber, it is Alex! I highly highly recommend! Thanks Alex! Ilene Dunn

After using Desert Suns for years, we gave up and called B Carlson. What a difference. To begin with, it was easy to get an estimate and plan a service appointment. The technician was knowledgable and very thorough. Edgar was able to extensively clean and revitalizes the poorly maintained equipment, suggesting options that we might also try. When one of the units was making noise, the staff arranged for Edgar to come back the very next morning to fix it up. Everything is running well now.
We are relieved to have professional and committed company to rely on. Wish we had started with B Carlson years ago. Now we know.

I discovered that the pipes under my kitchen sink had been leaking for months causing my cabinet floor to buckle. The technician from central plumbing recommended that all the pipe lines be replaced under the sink. He removed all the old pipes and replaced them with new stuff. He did the work fast and cheaply and I'm very happy with the result! Thanks!

Affordable Service was recommended to me by a friend who uses them for her AC/furnace cross-overs. They came today to shut down the furnace and start up the swamp cooler. The technician called to let me know they were coming for the appointment; they arrived on time, were friendly & professional. I tried to stay out of their way so they could get their work done without having an annoying homeowner in their way; they were able to get everything done in approximately an hour. I am very satisfied with the service provided and will be calling Affordable Service in the fall to make the cross-over to the furnace.

Install was great guys were awesome very knowledgeable, scheduling dept not so much very confusing when scheduled, no one called to ask why Install was put on hold, front desk knew of scheduled date but not scheduling dept. Changes were made by myself of where to place items , installers were not told .I've used this company for many projects for about 15 yrs might have to rethink for future projects and I would really hate to do that i am established with this co.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ANY TRADE!!! This company put a small waterline in my moms back yard. Back in February they installed a union which was cross threaded causing a leak that wasn't noticed until last month (October). Talking to some journeyman plumber friends of mine it is against code to install a union under a concrete slab like that, but they did it anyway. After exposing the cross threaded union its obvious that they didn't turn the water back on before they backfilled or they would have caught that leak but instead they just let it leak for 8 months until the water started to submerge out from under the concrete. When that happened my mom called them to honor the warranty and find out what was leaking. She was told that it would cost her over $500 just to get someone out to look at it. She then called me balling her eyes out so I stopped by to turn the water off to her house and had to bust up the concrete, dig up the leak, bail buckets of water out for a few hours and expose the leak which was the cross threaded union that they installed. I did a quick repair with a couple shark bites and polly pipe just to get her water back on. My mother spent the next few days fighting with them to honor the warranty and come fix it right. It took that long to finally dry out anyways from all the water built up under the foundation of her house and concrete slabs in the back yard. They finally came back out to honor the warranty, repaired it properly (I hope) backfilled it and then poured the ugliest looking concrete slab I've EVER seen. I'm pretty sure that was on purpose. Now I've been trying to contact them the past 25 days to come fix that slab but I have gotten ZERO response. I will never use them ever again and I encourage everyone to stay away from this poor excuse of a company.
