Best Sewer Inspections in Albuquerque NM
Great service and very reasonable pricing. I have had Central Plumbing into my home twice, and have been impressed both times. Trustworthy, and have fixed both issues (sink drain clog and furnace) in a timely manner. Will use them again, and highly recommend!

We had a leak in copper feed pipe that would have caused serious damage. Kurt had been here on a previous water heater need and when he responded to hour after hours needs it was such a welcome call. He is so quick and efficient and very pleasant person. I won’t be using anyone but Affordable for any needs they cover. Outstanding people and business.

The plumber was able to locate the issue and make the repairs. He was very knowledgeable and competent. Because of that, I'll always suggest this business to friends and family!

The positive reviews on here are friends and family. Just call to schedule and you can tell just by the way the girl answers the phone. I called to schedule and was told she busy and in the field when hours went by I called again and was told they could schedule with a window. They not professional and they are rude I will spend my money elsewhere

Leonard Graham from Albuquerque Plumbing did a phenomenal job repiping the gas line on my aunt’s house. Additionally, he brought several appliances up to code and replaced the water heater. Leonard explained what he was doing throughout the whole process. He also thoroughly and patiently answered all our questions. I also dealt with the office staff on many occasions and was treated respectfully and courteously every single time. We are very pleased with the services provided and highly recommend Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling!

Got me twice. First time, they came in to fix water flooding in one bathroom and ended up replacing the main line out of the house, digging up my entire front yard, not realizing this bathroom had its own drainage on the side of the house. Needless to say, it was close to 5-6 months of intermittent flooding from the bathroom before they finally got the problem fixed! This ordeal cost me a fortune. Most of my belongings in that area were completely water damaged. Another time, they came in to install a swamp cooler. It took them 10 hrs??! to get it done and I had to call the main office several times asking they send someone else from the company to figure out what the problem was. The water bill came back at $500 that month for that *one* day of repair when they kept the water running. Of course, they refused to pay it. I tried to email their CEO and office manager and the emails bounced back...of course. Beware.

Great small business. Very responsive and customer friendly! I called the number on the website and they called me back almost immediately. ( the only plumbing company out of 5 that I called that called.) Jorge, came to my house very late in the same day, did not have the part, went to a plumbing store and stayed until 7 to fix my problem. Like I said they went above and beyond! Hopefully I don’t need a plumber again but if I do, Rick’s Plumbing is my go to!

A TLC tech showed up at my in-law's (retired in their mid-80's) to do a routine maintenance check on their 18-year-old HVAC rooftop unit for $180. He found a failing capacitor and the pressures were all normal. He showed the in-law's photos from his phone of rust on the condenser and mentioned that he didn't think it would make it through the end of the year. So he provided a proposal recommending a total unit replacement for $11,000-13,000. My in-laws were prepared to remove retirement funds from an IRA to pay for a replacement. I was asked by the in-laws to come out and take a look (I am a mechanical engineer with 17 years of experience in the HVAC field). The recommendation to replace the HVAC unit is out of line not to mention the cost of the proposal being extremely high. The minor rust was due to standing water in the condensation collection pan certainly not necessary for a total replacement. I made one call to another HVAC firm and got a quote of $7,000-$8,000 if I wanted the unit replaced and they recommended if it ain't broke don't replace it. I do not trust TLC and cannot recommend them.12/22/20 UPDATE: It is the end of the year and the mother-in-law's heat pump unit is still operating fine with the normal rust that appeared in the photo just like Thompson Heating & Air Conditioning rep said it would. The beyond repair response by TLC is missing the point and mirrors what the tech did in field. Are you looking at the picture posted? It is like going to your car dealer for an engine light problem that requires an oil filter change which they fix and are compelled to be transparent to sell you a new car because their is minor rust inside the wheelwell that is beyond repair.08/17/2021 UPDATE: Another year has passed and the beyond repair unit according to TLC tech is still running strong after this summer of many above 100 degf days. So the good news is the TLC tech motor capacitor fixed worked. However the issue here is TLC should admit sales tactics of unneccessary up selling to a senior citizen.4/2022 UPDATE Years later & post COVID and the unit is finally getting replaced. The total replacement was only $7400 by Thompson Htg & AC.

I was really impressed with the equipment they used to find my leak. They made sure not to dig before they located the leak to save me time, head ache and money. I really appreciated it. Most companies will just dig everywhere until they find it then the owner has to flip the bill to repair the damage of flooring Sheetrock paint you name it. My neighbor had that experienced so I was expecting the worst. I have already recommended this company to a at least two neighbors and a friend. I will definitely keep them as my go to plumbers! The knowledge they have is unmatched. These guys have the best prices I was quoted and by far the best knowledge. Honest guys are hard to find.
