Spoke to a lady in the office who was able to work with my busy schedule, so I was grateful for that. Marcos showed up on time, ready to work. He did an excellent job of communicating with me and my husband about what he felt the issue was, what he was going to do to fix it, and just how much this was going to cost us. I will absolutely use this company again in the future. Marcos was knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. Oh and he repaired my shower valve. The valve had broken causing a very annoying and difficult to address leak. We had previously been told that it would cost us upwards of $1,200 to fix. So when Fore Gen Plumbing gave us such a good quote we went with them. And I'm so glad we did. Couldn't have went better. I highly recommend Fore Gen and if your able ask for Marcos! Great job!
