Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

I had a contract with HomeServe USA for water main repair. The contractor they worked with was not Affordable. I specifically requested Affordable even though it would require out-of-pocket and probably additional expense. I made this decision as I said to the Affordable people I wanted their truck in my driveway. The technique they used for the complete replacement of my water line (I had polybutylene or the grey pipe) was non invasive and the job was done in less than a day. Their team arrived on time and was very professional. I'm very pleased I had Affordable's truck in my driveway

We purchased our new home and it has a newer Water filtration system. The sediment filter seized up and we could not remove without causing damage to the water lines. We called Wagner's! The came out right away, Thomas was fast, friendly and no mess! Reasonable rates, we will be contacting Wagner for all future plumbing, HVAC, septic maintenance and repairs!!! Highly recommended 5 stars

We were very satisfied with WMF. The professionals who came got there on time, they were good and we didn’t have any problems with them. We talked with them when they were there and they explained to us what they were going to do.

Called them to remove copper pipe and install new female part for tub spout, they showed up without the part,took off old part . They said they could come back with the part I originally needed, it is a way to over charge the customer especially at 150 an hour. They were here 10 minutes and charged me 150. The amount wouldn't have been so bad if the would have the part needed.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!
