I was struggling draining my water heater and flushing it. It was taking more than a couple hours. I called Alex, and over the phone he gave me the best gift, fully worth a paid visit, but no charge. He walked me through being able to flush the tank in 15-20 minutes! And additional after care of my faucets. Later I had a problem shutting off the drainage valve, and he came out and removed an obstruction. He is passionate about what he does, and knows the history of all things plumbing. He freely gives away the tips and tricks he’s learned over years of experience and hundreds of installations. He explains everything so a lay person can understand. And he lets you know all costs upfront. He is very responsive, stays in communication, and keeps you in the time loop, and shows up as scheduled. If there ever was a “THE ONE” plumber, it is Alex! Tony is a great technician who is very knowledgeable and very professional. He has been my technician for a couple of years and he always does a fantastic job. I never worry as I know Tony will take care of the issue.

RMS was referred to us by Alvarado Roofing after we had trouble with our a/c several months after a new roof installation. Fabian and Samuel came out the same day and fixed our a/c - Alvarado Roofing took care of the bill. RMS was reasonably priced and we could have paid the bill without going completely broke. Both Fabian and Samuel were prompt, professional, speedy and very friendly. I felt comfortable with them coming in and out of my home, and I am extremly satisfied with their work and thankful they gave us recommendations for annual upkeep!!! Thank you so much!

Rick was very professional from my initial contact with him through the installation process. The team was easy to work with and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the installation process. There was an issue with the heat not working after the installation. I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call. I highly recommed Custom-Air.

Our inducer motor went out the day after Christmas. American AC & Heat was 1/3 the cost of the other 3 local big named businesses and came after 5 PM with no upcharge, so I didn't have to miss work and loose more $. If they didn't have to wait for the part they would've fixed it the same day! As an accountant I can say, this is the type of businesses Albuquerque's economy desperately needs! More $ in the consumers' pocket = more money to spend on food, clothes, and other needed commodities. What these other companies were willing to charge A family of 6 living check to check, stuck without a furnace, knowing the cost of the part, is simply UNETHICAL!!!! Over priced

My experience has been stellar. My A/C went out during a hot weekend and it’s been miserable. I called a few places and Sunshine was booked for a couple days. But, they called me and managed to get a technician here later that same day. Kearston was professional, prompt, educated me on preventative maintenance. Great company!

My experience with this place cheap on material cannot be trusted says he's a family man but when it works out for him. My experience he cannot be trusted tells you one thing and does another I should know I've worked for him.

I just wanted to that Signature Heating and Plumbing for another job well done. George did extremely well going over my electrical panel and installing the surge protector. Thank you George and thank you Signature.
