My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

These guys are the best!!! I had an emergency and they came out right away and set the appointment and came out on time and worked their tails off fixing a major issue. I’m 💯 satisfied and will highly recommend to others!!

First want to compliment the company as a whole. From the first time I called to make an appointment, to service call, to follow-up each member of the staff was upbeat, polite, and easy to work with. My service tech, Paul called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly within time of appointment given. He spent time listening to my concerns, explained all he was going to do and went straight to work checking both of my AC units. After evaluation of units and doing a general maintenance of units, he showed me the part that needed to be replace, discussed why and gave me a quote up front. All repairs were performed quickly and on the spot and this was very convenient not to have to schedule second appointment. Also want to compliment Paul for being so polite and taking the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company and personally ask for Paul for my next AC tune up.

Kurt and Brian came to my house and repaired my leaking swamp cooler, a leaky pipe under the crawlspace of the house, replaced a drain and a garbage disposal. Everything is working perfectly!I had to call Affordable Service last month for a few more repairs, and Tony Sena completed the work, which involved putting a new washer box in, putting a water pressure reducing valve in and tightening a loose toilet to the floor. He also was very knowledgeable, prompt, competent, and did a great job with all the work. I would highly recommend this company!

Our drain for our washing machine is over 70 feet and it can get clogged with roots. These guys have done excellent work in removing the roots and keeping the area clean.

Their pricing was totally fair, they were on time, tidy, and they finished rather quickly.
