I have no used this company a few times for my heater inspection. I have not had a problem. Only thing this time was, the price went up significantly, and I was not notified of this ahead of time.

I had a leak on my swamp cooler and the technician took really good care of me in a timely manner.

Tech were friendly, answered questions, completed work in a timely manner.

Perfect service, they were fast and prompt. Answered all questions and concerns. I would definitely use this company again.

Poor follow thru with quote. Called to ask for quote for conversion from swamp cooler to refrigerated air. General manager came to assess and seemed attentive. Promised quote by morning. Morning came and went. Still waiting for quote almost 3 weeks later. Called to see why no quote...no return call. Doesn't seem like they are interested in business. Red flags for maybe how their service will be??? Buyer beware!

I love this company! We have used them before and they have been superior and professional. Dylan was our technician and was absolutely a pleasure to have working on our heater. There was a power surge and he replaced our transformer. I would recommend Wagner over all the rest of the competition. A+++ in my book!!!
