We called for them to come out and snake our drain. We have cleanouts. They did the job, but charged us an extra fee for using their big snake, when the regular one would have worked. They didn't clear that with us beforehand. Otherwise good and professional, I just feel bait and switched.

I discovered that the pipes under my kitchen sink had been leaking for months causing my cabinet floor to buckle. The technician from central plumbing recommended that all the pipe lines be replaced under the sink. He removed all the old pipes and replaced them with new stuff. He did the work fast and cheaply and I'm very happy with the result! Thanks!

This company hassled my sister for months to get their product installed. When she finally agreed to have the company check her roof to see if it was fit, they said to sign the contract. However she did not know how to access her email or even if she had an email address they insisted on using my email and had me sign her name on the contract. They promised she would receive a copy of the contract but did not. Her roof was not fit to install and she ended up cancelling the contract with them. Now this company is saying they will take her to court for 359 dollars for the fee of checking the roof. She tried to tell them that now on lockdown it will be hard to pay all of it and they will not take payments and said they don't care if she can't afford it now or cannot go out to get the money for them. This is a horrible company, very pushy and demanding. Don't buy solar from them.

Unfortunately I was not even able to meet an employee which by the reviews listed above would have probably been great. The answering service was horrible. The girl was rude and unprofessional. She said she was not in the office she was only the answering service so she could not give me any estimate. I asked her to have a tech call me and she said she could only dispatch someone to my house not have them call me. She told me that it would be at least time and a half because it was a weekend which I understood. then she said that December 30th is considered a holiday and said it would probably be more since I was having them come out on their holiday weekend. I didn’t even schedule an appointment. It’s terrible when the first person you meet associated to a company is so rude

We had our HVAC unit replaced in October. The whole process from estimate to install to billing was really great, we are nice and toasty warm this Winter and shall be nice and cool in the Summer...thanks to everyone at MGP Mechanical !!

I really appreciate everyone at Wagner! My appointment was scheduled two weeks out and they called me two day later to reschedule the following day. Joe is an amazing technician! He fixed the problem with my HVAC, explained everything he did and provided me with great recommendations. I am very pleased! I will definitely be using Wagner again and would recommend them to anyone.

Valdez Brothers came and fixed a leak in my front flowerbed after 6 pm! It involved digging 3 feet in the mud. Both plumbers were courteous and respectful of our home. They put out plastic to limit the mess made and cleaned up the mess that was made before they left. They even replanted the plants that were dug up in the process! The area looks the same as before, except now water is not bubbling out of the ground.
If you want a professional company that is not afraid to get dirty, I recommend Valdez Brothers. I am recommending the Valdez Brothers to all my friends.

I have employed Donner Plumbing for projects both large and small around my house for about ten years now. While I have generally been very pleased with their service, I will not be calling them out again after today. It took a plumber (Damien) and an apprentice (Ricardo) three and a half hours to clear two partially blocked drains, winterize my swamp cooler, and turn on my furnace, which added up to a charge of over $600! As I explained to the service manager, at these rates Donner is pricing me out of the market for their services. I can only describe this charge as rapacious. Neither of these plumbers had been to my residence previously, and I don't plan on giving them the opportunity to overcharge me again! I am waiting to hear back from the service manager, who promised -- at least -- an explanation for the exorbitant charge. Very disappointed to find I can no longer rely on my favorite plumbing company.
