First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. Thank you Eugene for your time and personal touch! God Bless and I will for sure see you again! Robert Guy Manager RAKS Building Supply, Edgewood location.

After using Desert Suns for years, we gave up and called B Carlson. What a difference. To begin with, it was easy to get an estimate and plan a service appointment. The technician was knowledgable and very thorough. Edgar was able to extensively clean and revitalizes the poorly maintained equipment, suggesting options that we might also try. When one of the units was making noise, the staff arranged for Edgar to come back the very next morning to fix it up. Everything is running well now.
We are relieved to have professional and committed company to rely on. Wish we had started with B Carlson years ago. Now we know.

Signed up for their swamp cooler startup/shut down contract earlier this year. Unable to get anyone out to turn on the heat for over 2 weeks with a toddler and a pregnant wife. They advised we cannot get a refund on at least half of the contract we paid upfront so that we can see if we can get another company out sooner since it's pretty cold. So, I'll have to just take the loss if I can get someone out sooner. Will definitely not be looking into signing up for another one with them if it means I can't even get my heat turned on until almost NOVEMBER. Ridiculous.

Wonderful service from the start until the end. Our technician was Gerald he figured out the problem quickly and repaired my issues promptly. I have and will continue to refer all my friends and family to MGP Mechanical!

Barney Gallegos and Reese Ortiz we’re the gentleman that helped us with our shower repairs and we’re very professional and punctual. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how everything was going to work in place of the repairs of in the shower and we’re extremely helpful in showing pictures on exactly what it started from beginning to end. They had very great customer service, courteous and mindful to their work ethics and surroundings. Had also been responsible enough to remind me about a eight month free check up on the work they provided. If I ever need anything again or know of anyone that needs any help that is provided by this company I would definitely recommend these two gentlemen to go help them out. - Ms. Acosta

We were very satisfied with WMF. The professionals who came got there on time, they were good and we didn’t have any problems with them. We talked with them when they were there and they explained to us what they were going to do.

when they rebuilt our entire HVAC system from scratch in 2011 we were thrilled with their skill, professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Sadly our last experience was less than stellar. The said system failed while we were on vacation so we called APHC to investigate and perform 'warranty' work for us. Our house sitter had to take the call. The unit was repaired for a hefty fee without any indication of where the costs came from. Some parts were under warranty..some weren't. When I called the manufacturer to enquire what our warranty covered they indicated APHC was not authorized to do warranty work. So I called to get an itemized list of the work done and was told by the technician that was not an option. We return from vacation to realize that the system was not performing as it should. They sent out the same technician who had no knowledge of my system and proceeded to rewire the unit to perform some troubleshooting which subsequently proved futile. After many hours, phone calls and others involved it was obvious nobody knew what was going on. The lack of expertise and equipment necessary to troubleshoot my system resulted in many lost hours from me and them. Another phone call proved futile; I still don't have an itemized list of parts and labor from the original call, don't know what was warrantied, what wasn't. I'm thinking the bill was so high due to labor from a technician that didn't know what he was doing. Their token efforts to make my day awesome have failed miserably. Anyway such is life. I'll be taking any plumbing, heating, cooling business elsewhere.
