My husband installed our furnace in the attic. There were just a few issues with it we needed help with. The Rocketman service guy went up our creaky ladder to get there without complaining. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything and had great suggestions. The furnace runs like a champ. We recommend Rocketman!

Excellent customer service from scheduling to service call. Gerald was professional, pleasant and very informative when we had him look and clean our a/c unit after it was pummeled with dirt from construction work on the adjacent lot.

Wagner never disappoints. David DuPriest was sent to fix a big detached heating pipe. He was so capable and knew just what to do to fix it. Lucky for us....he fixed a carbon monoxide hazard. And as an added plus, he was tidy so pleasant.

Called them and they gave me an appointment for the next day. Never recieved a call before appointment as promised and no body showed up. I called at appointment time and the guy told me he would call back in 10mins. Never happened.
