I called their emergency service because my water heater was having issues. I called their emergency services because I needed to get up and going. The lady tried to get ahold of technician and said no was available. If you someone does not reach back to in 30 minutes just call another plumber. I waited and waited and nothing. So I called another plumber because I need to get this done today. This is second time I have called Rocketman for emergency. Last time I talked with someone they said two weeks it was during the summer. What service especially during emergency situation.

I've been a big fan of Alex's before he broke out on his own in starting this company. He and his staff are respectful, timely, and do great work. They won't be the cheapest option around, but you get what you pay for -- in the best way.

Mark and his staff are super professional, honest, knowledgeable and dependable. As an added bonus Mark didn’t try to up sell or talk me into something I didn’t need and, as an independent woman, our conversations also weren’t peppered with phrases such as, “does that make sense?” and “are you married?” A real pleasure to deal with this company, I’m quite happy I chose them.

I waited over an hour and they did not show up for the estimated. I had to answer their phone call before they heading to my home even though they Sent a text saying tech on route. I had to call and find out the tech was not heading out here. If I have to answer the phone for the tech to come out they should of mentioned that at the time I schedule the appointment and if I wasn’t going to be home I wouldn’t have schedule the appointment!

Our water heater spring a leak & we had to have it replaced. The team at Wagner Mechanical is friendly & professional. Shalisa answered my call and was amazing to work with! Mike came out same-day & overcame some challenges with old corroded lines & small spaces. He did a great job! While I didn’t have other prices to compare, I was expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Mike is kind and knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Happily, we now have the annual membership for regular maintenance of our HVAC & water heater. Super-pleased!

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. We had a plumber come out and they attempted to fix the valve in our shower but when their effort failed they said we would have to tear out a wall then they literally ran out the the door.
Then we called Four Star Mechanical who came back several times, refusing to give up on fixing the plumbing valve. They saved our closing on the house as well as saving us a great deal of money.
If you want a plumbing company with integrity and terrific work ethics, call FOUR STAR MECHANICAL.

$1,200 water bill after they cut through a sprinkler line. After repairing a main line, and hitting a gas line (which they billed for) they cut through a sprinkler line. Now they do not answer the phone. Check the Better Business Bureau website.

What a great company! From the telephone experiences, reminder calls, on time arrival, professional service & repairs, reasonable pricing and spotless cleanup! All 3 of my service calls were to estimate, repair and replace all the leaky fixtures in my home. Anthony was the tech each time and did a perfect job. Tried calling for information because I need a plumber to get some work done lady answered very rude I asked for malleability next week she said they're completely booked which that's fine I said what about the following weekend she just didn't want any help me at all I definitely don't recommend this company for the poor customer service if they treat their customers like that over the phone I could just imagine

We were impressed with the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. They are busy and there was some missed communication, but ultimately we are thrilled with the final product. Trust these guys to take great care in their work, they are awesome!

This was for an emergency pipe repair to stop the water from leaking near the meter. It was less than a week before Christmas. They came to provide an estimate within 1 day of contact; it was too late to see clearly what needed to be done. The company was able to squeeze us in on the next afternoon but was unable to get to us. Work was accomplished the next afternoon. Water is back on and we stopped wasting water. We are happy to have the repair completed.
