Gerald was very knowledgeable about my navien tankless water heater. Diagnosed the problem and returned the next day and installed the replacement gas valve. Very professional and thorough. Left the site clean and orderly. Will definitely use him again.

I cannot say enough about what an amazing company this is and how wonderful Joe is. My family and I just moved into our house yesterday, and everything seemed fine until we got home from errands and our new house was 87 degrees inside. Frantic, we made tons of calls and were lucky enough that Joe was able to come out almost immediately. He diagnosed the issue, repaired it, and in less than an hour our house is cooling down again. We are first time homebuyers and terrified of what this could mean for us, Joe was empathetic, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I honestly cant express how grateful we are for this company and for Joe.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

After getting several bids on replacing our old propane furnace Custom-Air beat them all easily. Rick and Dave are absolute Pro's with meticulous work and excellent products. They were punctual and it was a pleasure to work with them with their positive attitudes and clearly knowledgeable work. They work extremely well as a team, made sure everything worked correctly, and cleaned up before leaving! Simply the best. Our new Heil Furnace/Ac setup works great right out of the box and is incredibly more efficient. Highly recommended!

Our new system worked flawlessly all summer! First cool fall day today in the East Mountains and switched over to heat which worked perfectly. Thanks Custom-Air for a job well done!

Very impressed with Mario. He was so personable and knowledgeable.
He worked independently , asked questions and did a wonderful job. We will have him come back next week again as he needed to special order a part. We would like him to come at least once a year to check out our systems. Jackie with JP Plumbery kept in touch for scheduling and advised us of any delays. Very professional.

They installed a new furnace for us. They were very fast to respond and seemed knowledgable when we asked questions. When installing they talked me through everything they were doing and explained why. They seemed to be working hard to do a quality job rather than just a fast fix. It took longer than they expected because of a problem with our location and stayed to make sure it was done correctly. It has been two days and everything has been great so far.

Stefan provides above and beyond service and really cares about delivering quality care and expertise that lasts. He is so thoughtful and thorough, and super generous! Cannot recommend highly enough!

my dad works here and he does a really good job. i’ve been able to go to his work a few times and a few side jobs on the weekends with him sometimes and he works really hard. so we will end up working on our house sometimes like fixing heating and stuff. he’s anthony that’s my dad. i love courtesy they work professionally and work hard.

Tyler spent nearly a day at our home installing a new PRV, repairing a leaky toilet and faucet and replacing calcified faucets. He demonstrated a high skill level and outstanding customer service He was friendly and caring and kept us informed throughout the day. He is the best plumber we have ever had..An asset of this company is using quality parts. Another asset is Tyler reviewed the bill with us in detail when he finished the job. rather than our having to do this review on the phone the next day This is a company that is totally customer focused. I used Four Star Mechanical to service my Heater and they were very quick to come out and very affordable! I would use them again!

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

They rescheduled 3 times than said on the 4 time they’d be out from 2-4 but come 4 nobody had came or given a curtesy call. Don’t recommend for residential needs they seem to be to occupied on other projects
