Had an electromagnetic descaler installed. The equipment is very good. I have sensitive skin, but with this conditioner I am noticing my skin is less dry. My dishes and laundry are clean without hard water residue. Very glad I used this contractor again, and I am very pleased with the descaler and installation: it was fast and easy!

I made the mistake of using a well known competitor when I first bought my house but AFTER they stripped a bolt causing me to have to replace a water heater that wasnt broken , I just wanted to know how to relight the pilot if it went out, I searched for another plumber

MARK & crew are honest trustworthy gentlemen. Now I ONLY use Central plumbing. I've had them out for air conditioning, heating and water leaks in the last 2 yrs and not once have I been disappointed in their services. All I can say is if you want excellent quality at a very fair price call Central and Mark will take care of you!

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

JP Plumbery was great. They arrived on time, finished the job quickly, and were friendly and professional. They replaced a broken toilet for me, and called ahead to make sure that they brought the replacement model that I wanted. He even took the time to show me how the new one worked, possible maintenance, and how to do it. Would call them again in a heartbeat!

Our tankless hot water heater sprung a leak on Sunday morning and Plumbing Express had it replaced by Monday afternoon for half the price quoted by TLC. Lanni was fantastic at arranging for the estimate and install date keeping in touch via text throughout the process. Christopher took care of the replacement in just a few hours and was super friendly. Two cold showers was worth saving $3,000 and being treated with respect. Thanks Lanni and Christopher!

We are getting ready to remodel our kitchen so I had a LOT of contractors from all trades come to bid on the project. I was really impressed with Unlimited Plumbing's service from my first phone call to their willingness to work with my somewhat piecemeal project.
In the meantime, we needed an outdoor hose bib replaced so I decided I'd try them out with this job before committing to my large kitchen job. I'm sorry to say I was unimpressed.
The technician arrived on time but what should have been completed in less than an hour took almost two. Why? Although he knew it was a frost free faucet, he did not have the right size on his truck (understandable). Then he spent over an hour driving around to three different suppliers looking for the correct part. And I got charged for his time @ $145/hour! I'm more than willing to pay for parts and labor, but paying for the technician's ill-preparedness? He should have brought a variety of sizes with him or at least been able to run back to his shop to get it.
This experience left me with a bad impression of how this company does business. Sadly, they will lose several thousands in future revenue when I use a different plumber for my kitchen.

Months ago I had gotten two quotes on AC that were higher than I had hoped. AC was put on hold indefinitely. One day I was in Lowes looking for bolts. I spoke to the delightful lady at the HVAC display. That resulted in Lowes sending out their partner contractor accompanied by a Lowes person. That is when we met Al of Signature and Eugene of Lowes and subsequently Mark, their crack technician. Wow, were they a team.Yes, their quote was significantly lower than our previous quotes but more than that, by switching our dryer to gas and using that circuit, we were able to save a significant cost of upgrading our electrical service to handle the AC. The idea was Al's to do that and pay for the new dryer from Lowes with the rebate and still the whole job was much better and more complete than the previous quotes and at significantly less cost. It pays to have a team who all are experienced and know their job.... AND care. Upon completion, I felt I had a team of experts I could call on anytime.I have and I do.**********************************************************************I see I cannot add another review even though this team did a 2nd job. This especially speaks to Mark, the technician. During the AC install, Mark noticed our aged water heater and asked If I'd like him to check it out. He did and suggested it had limited life left and explained why, showed internal pictures, and described what would happen when it fails. I postponed the purchase. About two months later it failed.One day I pulled into the drive and saw water running out of the garage. Just as Mark had predicted, it was a crisis. I called my new friend, AL at Signature in a panic. Before the end of that same day my other new friend Mark was on the job. Suffice to say that a greater crisis was averted by Mark with the installation of the new water heater. Without shopping, I had trusted Signature to charge me a fair and competitive price. They did.As Mark was removing the old water heater I made mental note of how it has been installed. After Mark installed the new one, I noted where he had corrected or improved on the previous installation from 15 years ago and the care he took in the details. Top notch work, prompt response, and competitive pricing sum up to dependability and honesty...... TRUST. Thank you to Signature Heating and Cooling and most especially to Mark and Al.

I had a leak downstairs on my living room ceiling and they found the leak was coming from my upstairs bathroom .
The job was done quickly and professionally , they cleaned up once they were done and I am happy to recommend them to other people and if I ever need any Other repair done in the home , I will call them again..

Called and asked for someone to come out for a free estimate to replace my leaking system (leak identified previously by Signature) and supposedly how I worded it... They end up charging me a service call. Got my scheduling wrong twice, and wouldn't change this $75 service call to a free estimate, as I already know what's wrong and need a replacement. I'm considering a $15,000 new HVAC system, yet they wouldn't eat their mistake of $75. Ignorant. Never use this company. Worthless. I couldn't imagine having service issues and having to deal with these batch of idiots anymore than one.

First, I did not seek MCS to install my air conditioner, MCS was recommended by Home Depot at the time I purchased a new air conditioner unit. I was contacted by MCS and scheduled the installation for the following week. I was told the installation time was between 3-5pm, however, the installers called me at 6:45pm and stated that they were still needing to pick up my air conditioner and materials from Home Depot, they showed up at 7:15pm… 4 hours and 15 minutes late! Only for them to tell me that they would not be able to install my air conditioner because the flashing needed to be replaced but they did not have the materials to do so until the next day. Plus, they wanted to charge me an additional $550.00 to do so. I was left without an air conditioner when temperatures were in the 100’s with two small children in my house until the next day. Once the installation was done, the installers left my old air conditioner unit, all the cardboard boxes, hoses, the old flashing, and other trash in my back yard. The following day, which was a Friday, I spoke with the installation manager, who assured me the trash would be picked up either Saturday or Monday morning, it was not. The trash is still in my back yard on the following Wednesday. This same installation manager was supposed to schedule the inspection for a specific day, that was not done either. So, because of MCS and their lack of communication in their scheduling department, customer service, and managers, I have now missed 3 days of work in order to be home for their services to be completed (half-assed, might I add). And, I have to miss a 4th day of work for the inspectors to be scheduled (again) to inspect the unit (I will not be surprised if it fails inspection).
I have never dealt with such rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional people in my life. From the installers being rude and having no concept of time, the supervisors and managers not taking responsibility for their errors in scheduling or the behavior of their employees (but had the audacity to ask that I give the company a good review in exchange for the installers to replace the flashing, which is part of their job). To the General Manager, Sandy Adams, (whom I spoke with about all the issues I encountered) brushing it off as if this horrible experience was no big deal. Sure, I was offered a year of service, but honestly, I want nothing more to do with this company and will not allow another MCS employee on my property again.
I only wished I would have read the MCS’ reviews prior to allowing them to schedule the install of my air conditioner because I would have never given them my business, considering all the negative feedback their other customers have experienced.
Would never recommend anyone use MCS for any installations, repairs, or services!

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.
