I was surprisingly impressed with my entire experience with Rocketman Plumbing. I called other national branded plumbing companies and they didn’t even answer their phone or weren’t available till the following week.

Here’s the really surprising thing (in my experience with Albuquerque customer service), the receptionist was very friendly, professional, calm, and informative. She gave me a specific time that the tech would call me back. The tech called me an hour earlier than she told me he would call me.

I’m a tech guy and was very impressed with their use of GPS and text notifying me by text that the location of the tech and how far away he was.

I wasn’t there to meet the tech but my wife said that the tech was very friendly, upbeat and humorous (another rarity in Albuquerque’s customers service field).

Our toilet wouldn’t flush and he quickly found a tree stump growing in the toilet drain. He competed his work in an hour which was fair. Other companies said it would be a 3-4 hour job.

If your looking for a plumbing service with great and fast service I highly recommend Rocketman Plumbing. We’ll be definitely calling them for our other properties.

Licensed professionals completed these jobs. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, on-time, and reasonably priced.

Only company I will have work on my furnaces and swamp coolers. Used them for many years doing commercial repairs and they were great. Now I use them for my home repairs. I can highly recommend them.

Our furnace went out overnight. I called American AC & Heat first thing in the morning and spoke with a representative. I was told a service tech could come by between 9:00 and noon that morning (good news!). The tech, Dakota, called at 10:00 to let us know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes, and he did.
He was very courteous. He quickly found the problem with our system and explained what was wrong and what he would do to remedy it. And voila, he did. The charge for the repair was a pleasant surprise.
Given our experience, we can unreservedly recommend American AC & Heat.

We can't even begin to thank Shaq at Whitehorse Plumbing for helping us through a very tricky plumbing adventure! We found ourselves over the holiday with no functioning toilets and drains. We are highly recommending Bosque Plumbing and Heating! The first week in October we tried to light our 38 year old furnace, which by the way has worked flawlessly for the 38 years since installation. The furnace wouldn’t light and we spotted a possible problem with the electrical cord and socket. We called a Plumbing & Heating company that we have dealt with a few times in the past with good service. They set us up with an appointment 3 weeks out. We decided to wait for them rather than call someone else. On the appointment day, the service tech came in and saw the cord and socket, declared he would have to call someone else to fix it to bring it up to city code. He went outside for the call and came back in as the expert, declaring it would be very difficult if not impossible to fix. He found what he said was another problem with a pipe vent, even though he couldn’t/wouldn’t answer our question as to why it couldn’t be fix. He said the furnace needed to be replaced, said an estimator would be calling and left. The estimator never called. We called a couple more companies, left messages, no return calls. A neighbor suggested Bosque P&H. We called and they set an appointment for us within a few days. Morrison came out that day and explained everything to us. That the cord and socket indeed could be changed and the vent pipe could be replaced. He explained that even with these corrections, the furnace might have a carbon monoxide issue and he would then have to condemn it. We agreed to let him try. And try he did. The furnace still wouldn’t light. He gave a quote for a new one. We didn’t have to wait for someone else to come out and check the situation and then give us a quote. We felt the price was reasonable and agreed. Installation would be the next day. Techs Issac and Nick arrived the next day. Removed the old, bulky, heavy furnace and replaced with a new, smaller and more efficient unit. They worked many hours in a tight space and got everything up and running. They answered questions, showed us the operation of the unit. They cleaned up after themselves, hauled away all the trash. We appreciate the time they took explaining things and the efficient way they completed the job. Bosque Plumbing and Heating is now our go to company!

Excellent service by a friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable technician (Chico Apachito). TLC Heating & Plumbing is higher priced than most but you get what you pay for. The diagnosis, running to get the parts, and repairing the radiant heating system was done within two hours. Very pleased with the results.

I have been unable to obtain a work proposal from MCS! Phone calls, texts, and emails for five weeks! What I did get was written on the back of a business card!
I thought the price was reasonable but I really needed to see what I was getting for my $10000! I guess I'll never know the quality of their work. They must not need the work.

I called the day my water heater went out. Jesse came to look at it and I needed a new one. They made special arrangements to install a new one that same day. I’m very grateful to Jesse and the other associate who helped him. They did an awesome job at the agreed upon price. I have used them for years and this kind of customer service is why.

I had a leak just before my open house. I found Fore Gen and called Max. He sent one of his plumbers out the same morning and my leak was fixed by noon.
