Today, April 27, 2022 was our annual system maintenance on our A/C as well as shutting down our furnace. Ben always does such great work! Thank you!They installed a new AC back in 2019. We've had some issues with it. This guy who came out, David, has come a couple of times. He's very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and he cares about his service. So because of him my husband and I are giving this 5 stars.

Their techs were super friendly, well skilled, and saved me money and made recommendations not for making money but for the best health of my AC system. Instantly keeps me as a repeat customer. My trusted HVAC for years closed and retired but these guys were clearly just as skilled and cared about my system. So far are my new HVAC team for my house.

Contacted for emergency water heater services, Sean was very professional and after getting in the parts we needed he was able to help me get the unit operational. Services were easy to schedule, the work was complete timely and Payment was simple and convenient. On top of all the stress of a water heater down, Sean was very kind and showed true concern for my issue. Thank you again. I will definitely use his services again.

Plan on spending a good while ON HOLD when trying to get TLC service. I was on hold 2m:22s then transferred to Service where I waited another 5m before giving up. I called back, asking for the CEO (Dale Armstrong), got put ON HOLD again...waited another 5m without anyone picking up. So I say TLC is non-responsive.I was intending to perhaps have TLC do a furnace replacement -- but this non-responsiveness BEFORE the sale, convinces me to NOT go with TLC -- typically pre-Sale service is better than post-Sale service...Yikes!

Our pilot light went out on Thanksgiving day and we had no heat for 24 hrs right after the snow storm. I called R&R and they were out in less than 2 hours and fixed our heater fast and affordable. Thank you so much.

Had an appointment between 10AM and 12PM today. Had to drive all the way to Albuquerque and hang around the city for two hours just for them to no call no show.

Edit: Response 1 Yes. I did reschedule with you multiple times. Never once did I reschedule or cancel with you without giving a minimum of 24 hours notice, which is a courtesy you did not provide to me. I will however, say that it takes guts to admit you left me hanging due to an intentional act on your part. I have to respect you for that

Edit: Response 2 Now you have modified your response to claim I stood you up, as well as claiming that I cancelled same day. This is entirely untrue. I never gave you less than adequate notice of cancelling my appointment with 24 hours being the absolute minimum. Also, you did not send any text alert to me.
