Best Heating Cooling in Albuquerque NM

My experience with Rocketman has been very positive. Their plumber came and fixed my problem in minimal time. I appreciated his (their) efficiency and will use them again when the need arises.

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

Mike was extremely helpful and assisted with a few other small problems that i had been unable to fix - he did them willingly and did not charge me

Tony was courteous and thorough. He located the issue and found that the installer messed up. He removed the piece the installer forgot to take off, put on a new worm gear clamp and tested it 3 yimes to be sure it didnt leak. perfect.. no more leak! Thank you Tony for explaining what was wrong and for making it right. I can finally use my new dishwasher without checking when it drains for leak under my sink!! N.K.

I had a leak on the owner's side overflowing at the street. Chose this company based on number of positive reviews. Appointment communication was good, workable and appreciated. Technician N. did a quality temporary fix til he could get parts. He promply returned to finish the repair. They have restored my faith in repair services, with care, quality and reasonable pricing.

I had previously used them when the foreman was Willie and had been satisfied with their work. This time was a nightmare!! I found a small amount of water on my front porch over a period of few weeks so finally decided to see what was going on. A young man from Valdez Plumbing came and I showed him the area. He said he would try and figure out where the leak was coming from. I work from home and got busy with work and didn't go outside for about an hour or more. When I finally did, I could not believe the mess. He had not used a tarp or anything but had dug up huge holes in my rose bed and tossed huge amounts of dirt onto my rocks. He told me he would have to dig out a huge shrub of mine as well. After another hour, I noticed through my window that I now had 4 guys out there standing around a massive hole. They told me that they had no idea where the leak was coming from, that I needed a whole new line, that it would cost $2500 and that if I didn't do it, they would need to charge me $800 for the dig and NOT finding my leak. When I told them that I needed to think about it, the supervisor told me in no uncertain terms that I needed to pay them right then and there for the dig. He told me, good luck finding someone else to work on it. They had me over a barrel and knew it! I ended up using them to do the new line, which I probably didn't even need since I had just had it redone 6 years earlier. They completely destroyed my sodded front yard, I lost my big shrub, had to deal with their horrible supervisor, and the huge mess they left. Although I tried to save my grass and four foot shrub, I was unable to and eventually got turf put in. The supervisor was rude, demanding and completely unprofessional.

Donner Plumbing is an established family owned business that cares about your needs, is honest and fair. I have had the pleasure of doing business with them for my rental properties and my own home. They are quick to respond, the staff is knowledgeable, they are courteous, and fairly priced for the excellent service they provide. Even when a mistake occurs, as it might from time to time, since they are human, they are quick to make it right.
