Set up an appointment for an annual A/C tune-up and Dario came out and checked our unit. Checked pressures and determined there might be a problem due to some noise coming from the compressor. This is my second time using Central Plumbing. First time they replaced my hot water heater in Dec 2018. Excellent job and price and I give 5 stars for that job and am happy to have found a company that I can rely on to do good job for fair price.. Had a new Aerocool evaporative cooler installed. Works great. Removed the existing cooler and installed the new one in two hours or so. They promised six. They also diagnosed a problem that I had with my roof. I plan on using the company for setup and takedown also.

Great work. Simple problem for them. I had no clue. They did troubleshooting, identified the issues, explained it to me so I wouldn't run into it again, even offered to change the light bulbs for me. In and out in less than an hour and the problem was fixed.

I had a small job for now...10 minutes, tops, that I don't have the tools for. Said $85 for the call. Didn't show. Didn't leave a message if they called. Wouldn't take $500+ per hour ($85 * 6) for a small job. Now, you lost my big job I have coming up, a half-house re-pipe in a remodel. While plumbing is a trade, customer service is still important.

Called Rick for a Refrigerated air conversion. Free quote. I had a tentative install for March but rescheduled on the fly for a few days out in Feb. Got a complete new system installed, quick, friendly and hauled off my old swamp cooler. All work also completed with inspections by the city. Local company and they did a great job. Addressed any questions I had during install as well.

If you want work done correctly do not waste your time and money on these guys.

I was having an issue with my gas fireplace. Contacted Abq Plumbing for an appt and they came to my house the next day. Kevin and his partner arrived on time, we’re courteous and professional. Kevin inspected the fireplace, spending a considerable amount of time measuring for carbon monoxide leaks, inspected the outside vent and advised my husband and I on the workings of the fireplace and maintenance. We were very pleased with the service visit these two young men provided. I will call Abq Plumbing again without hesitation.
