First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. Our AC suddenly died during the most inopportune times and during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. We had a technician from a different company look at the AC first, who vaguely opined that the AC was too cost prohibitive to repair and we thus needed to replace it entirely. His explanation didn't pass the smell test, so we called Affordable Service Plumbing, Heating, AC and Electric for a second opinion before we spent $10k plus on a new HVAC system. We're glad we did, because Affordable had its technician Greg K come to our house the same day. He was knowledgeable and professional and gave us an diagnosis that echoed that of the tech from the other EXCEPT that Greg had an articulate hypothesis as to the causation and full range of options to address the issue besides replacing the entire HVAC system. Affordable scheduled Greg, along with other necessary technicians, to come back to our house within mere days (despite the busy season) to repair the AC. They succeeded and did so in a punctual and professional manner. We also appreciated that treated our house with care and respect. Well done.

Initially had great communication with this company, they came out to give us a quote. We really wanted to use a local company for replacing our old HVAC system and saw their numerous great reviews. Problem is, they never sent us the quote afterward. No communication whatsoever. For such an expensive and big project, you really need to be able to count on the company doing the work. Very disappointed, will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have asked RMS to come to my aid so many times I cant count. I have not had better service, quality workmanship, or felt like a company cares about me like that I have experienced from RMS. Scott and his team know what to do, how to do it, and explain everything from start to finish. Pointers on efficiency, proper maintenance, its so wonderful I cant list enough things. He finished installing the drain pipe (the point at which I gave up) and he doubled checked the work I had completed to ensure there would be no leaks.
