We hired B Carlson to fix a broken shower cartridge and handle as well as chase down the cause of, and fix, having no cold water in the house.

Tony, the plumber, was great. Very friendly and did a great job.

I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons.

1) the scheduler didn't provide enough time for the plumber to complete both tasks when he came out, so we were left in the lurch for four more days until he could come back, and

2) when we set up the appointment we asked to replace the broken shower handle. Being a new homeowner I wasnt knowledgeable on the order of operations of things and they never informed me we needed to buy that part ourselves and have it ready for the appointment. So we still don't have a handle on the shower, but at least it's no longer leaking and we have our cold water again!

TonyS was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my plumbing problem. The repair work was done in short order and thoroughly tested. I will of course call Affordable to help with my next plumbing problem.

I was very happy with Wagner Mechanical. The two technicians who worked on my AC system kept me informed with the situation. They answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions.

I could've been happier with the service I received. Rick and Dave were very friendly and incredibly professional, providing honest feedback and service throughout my furnace and AC install, and again during a plumbing catastrophe. I give Custom-Air my highest recommendation!

Showed up same day, even though I called at 4PM. Found, fixed the leak, and charged my air conditioning system in less than an hour.

Called Plumbing Express because we had a blocked pipe somewhere in my house. Steve sent out a competent plumber (Dion) who unfortunately had to work in a tight space in a hot garage to snake the line out. When I called, Steve spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me diagnosing the problem to ensure that the proper equipment would be with the plumber when the plumber arrived. In addition to snaking the drain Dion installed a clean out in the pipe that needed work for future issues. I also found Dion to be a good communicator about what was happening and answered a few questions I had about the plumbing in other areas of my house. I called Steve at about noon and the issue was resolved about three hours later. I knew up front before committing to working with Plumbing Express the hourly rate charged. I appreciate knowing that detail so I knew what to expect at the end of the work.

Lastly, this is a NM licensed (#380321), insured, and bonded organization. So when you do business with them you can be assured that you are in fact working with a professional in their field.

Mark Apodaca did an outstanding job installing 2 sink faucet assemblies for me.
I had a bit of trouble with the scheduling. But once Mark was on the job, he performed like a deamon.

Joe is the complete package. Shows up on time, courteous, great customer service, and is reasonably priced. I really couldn’t ask for more than that. It’s nice to know in today’s day and age, some people still get it right. Thanks Joe!

The plumber was able to locate the issue and make the repairs. He was very knowledgeable and competent. Because of that, I'll always suggest this business to friends and family!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
