His sales presentation was thorough and fully responsive to my questions which left no doubt that he was selling the best product on the market. He followed up by doing the best installation I have seen performed over the course of, now three water heater installations, in the past 31 years. This type of performance virtually guarantees that customers will be repeat customers.

I used Wagner for annual maintenance for our tankless hot water heater. They had excellent scheduling and communicated extremely well through the entire process. Their technician, James, was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and set expectations. My only issue was the final invoice did not match what was quoted over the phone. Difference was small and I still feel I got good value for the service, but felt it needed mentioning for proper feedback.

Scott with RMS was excellent! Scott was professional and very knowledgable. He was able to figure out the new and complex system in the home we purchased. Scott educated us and even gave us tips on how to use it efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Rick was very professional from my initial contact with him through the installation process. The team was easy to work with and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the installation process. There was an issue with the heat not working after the installation. I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call. I highly recommed Custom-Air.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy and professional AC & Heat specialist, I recommend working with American AC & Heat. Cody, the owner, responded to my urgent plea for help on the NextDoor App when our heater stopped working in the middle of a cold snap. He came out the same evening (7:30!) and provided a diagnosis for us free of charge. He checked pricing and purchased the part the next morning promptly, and was able to fix the whole thing at my convenience. His prices are reasonable, and he is very knowledgeable. Great business to work with and now we know who to call when we need AC & Heat help!

I wish there was a negative 5 stars!!!!!! What a unreliable person Stephan Williams is!!!! He has no business running a business!! Beware of this shady guy! We decided to give him some business and he either showed up 5 hours late or not at all. Then after days of trying to contact him to get they keys back to our tenants properties he never returned phone calls nor returned the keys! DO NOT USE THIS SHADY COMPANY!!

My heater was broken in 25 degree temperatures. Courtesy was able to squeeze us in the same day. Cheyenne was courteous and efficient. Ron was knowledgeable and successful in one visit. I felt like I got an honest deal from an honest technician. It seems the management fosters a great culture where the employees feel like it is really all about the customers!
