Best Emergency Repair in Albuquerque NM

I have been using them for years for my 2 properties in Albuquerque and referring them to our HOA, but lately they went down hill. They keep messing up the schedule, there is no communication among themselves, they don't return calls, and I feel that they are gouging. Their hourly prices are huge for New Mexico. I will be looking for a competitor and will not refer them to our HOA. Customer service is very important to me, and they are not providing a good one.

Excellent service. Technician wore a mask and put booties over his shoes. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed the problem immediately.

Barney Gallegos did a wonderful job along with his partner replacing our water heater he explained everything he was doing and what i need to do to take care of it. Thank You very much its nice to have hot water again.

WMF crew slipped their schedule for the followup visit, but that's not really unusual for contractors who are reacting to unpredictable crises around town, and anyway they personally covered for them the same day.

Outstanding service

Mark came to our house and did a diagnostic, he let us know if we got the part exchanged he could come back in the afternoon to install it. We did and he did. The service was great, Mark was super professional, he wore a mask in our home, explained everything to us and showed us his completed work. He cleaned up all of his mess and gave us a 30 day warranty on the install.

Our tankless water heater was installed incorrectly. Cameron showed up on time and immediately got to work diagnosing the issues. He was professional and thorough and fixed all our problems. Now we can take showers at the perfect temperature. I regret not finding and having JP Plumbing install the water heater to begin with. Thanks for the amazing service!!
