A number of years ago, we had a very good experience with B. Carlson installing a HVAC system in our new home addition. Now our next project involved two new HVAC systems to up-grade our old original systems in the house. Mario Martinez came thru with recommendations regarding our project. He listened to our needs/wants, answered all of our questions and instilled confidence in our decision. Then Alex and Alejandro made it happen. Installation went smoothly, explanations along the way gave us a good feeling. These guys were really great – a pleasure to work with. On the electrical side, Eco’s team of Richard and Dominic did a superb job taking great care as to appearance and function. Then there was the friendly voice of Chris on the other end of the phone line giving us schedules and again answered questions. We know that there were behind the scene staff that also helped to make our project work. The Carlson team – and they truly are a team – made a fairly large & complex project seem like a “family affair” without the hand wringing and ulcers.

They did a great job. I have to admit some initial sticker shock for installing 2 furnaces but it seemed fair. They left some rough edges with exposed fiberglass on ductwork, but the happily fixed it when I asked them. They had the job done 24 hours after I spoke with Dave who took tome to answer all my questions. 3 different inspectors came to keep things on-point during the job. I would happily use them again.
