Best Emergency Plumbing Service in Albuquerque NM

I called this company on a Saturday and they were not clear about their charges. I spoke with the owner and he told me that they could come out and put a cap on the water pipe...took them 3 minutes to perform repairs with a 5 dollar part and charged me $175 dollars. I was instructed to call the office on Monday and they would come out and perform the needed repairs. When I called they told me that what I paid would not be credited to the repairs that were needed. If they only were clear when I called on Saturday I could have made a different decision. I DO NOT recommend this company... Total Rip-Off

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

The only concern regarding this service was the price. Admittedly I didn’t ask for a quotation prior to engaging this firm. Their service was effective, took little time and offered benefits beyond those required to address the main issue. The technicians were personable and skilled. What I learned was the US$ isn’t worth what it once was.

The service technician, Gerald, is a certified expert in the Navien combiboiler radiant heating system, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained clearly what he would need to do to fix the problem and what it would cost. We will definitely ask for him in future service calls.

We replaced our furnace using Wagner. The technicians showed at the estimated time and did a great job. They provided a very effective and friendly service! All in all, we had a very positive experience!

We moved to Albuquerque from out of State, and when the gas company came out to establish our service, it was discovered that our water heater did not meet code. Our landlords contacted Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling to make the necessary changes. As it turned out, the entire unit, including all of the pipes and drains needed to be replaced. Jason was there the next day and he and his helper spent the entire day, working hard in the heat, replacing everything necessary to get us up to code. The next day the gas company representative then came out for a second time and informed us that he would not light our water heater as it was no longer his responsibility. We contacted Jason and he came out as soon as he was able, in between jobs, to get it lit. We haven't seen this kind of customer service in a very long time. These folks have all of our future business!

Techs installed a new hot water recirculating pump. Once arrived they were very helpful and accommodating. Had the old one out and new one installed in under one hour. Much appreciated
