Best Emergency Hvac Repair in Albuquerque NM

I have used Rocketman plumbing for several years for our home, our rental property AND we only use him at my place of work. They are curteous, quick to respond, efficient and get the problem solved! I wouldn't think of calling someone else!

I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

Had an appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. Called to ask when my technician would show up. Was told that that the technician would call me back to reschedule, but this person should have called in the first place to let me know that they would not be able to make it. Am not going to use.

I had another great experience today using Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Justin was thorough, personable, and very professional. This company does not have the lowest prices but the professionals they send always do excellent work. As with all things, you get what you pay for.

Mike and Chad replaced a vent in the wall for our dryer. They did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem, getting the parts together and installing them. Our laundry room is in a very tight space, and they had to move the refrigerator to do the job. They carefully put everything back. I am very happy with Jeremy's work to repair an outside faucet that was leaking a lot. He even replaced the old spigot with one that is frost free. Jeremy made only a little mess in my bathroom when he cut through the sheetrock, and he cleaned it up right away.
