In 2003, Carlson HACP installed a new Criterion 2 into an older house I am still living in. I have never had to have it repaired and never had anyone else come in to maintain the unit....In the early morning hours the unit would not kick in and I was freezing. I called and Carlson's sent over a tech mid afternoon ..Mr. Saavedra professionally found the problem, repaired, cleaned the unit and monitored for carbon monoxide... it was good to go. He was also kind enough to instruct me on choosing a better filter, the need for maintance during particular seasons, and to be thinking of changing out the unit...it has been almost 20 yrs. LOL I am totally grateful for the Carlson team to understand my dilemna and sending a tech quickly, instead of having to wait days and cold nights for an available tech during this cold season....Thank you for the blessing you have given this old lady and checking up the next day to see that all went well with the unit . Tech was very informative and willing to explain what we were confused about and while at our home he checked out the entire system to make sure it worked with the new thermostat. Greg called before he arrived to give estimated arrival time and was here as promised and that is something that we deeply appreciate.

They Installed a new HVAC system at my residence. Jordan was super.....he was very communcative. He performed the installation. He kept me informed on every step of the process. All steps occurred as he told me it would and I now have an operating system. I would give him 5 Stars!!I wasn't that impressed with the communcation between the employees there. Things that occcured, even though resolved, happened because ot the poor communication between all the moving parts of the company.

Corey was awesome!! Our mainline clogged past our past our property line where it connects with two other buildings from across the street. He wasn't able to clear it on our side but continued to work on it until he located it 60 ft out. He didn't give up and was able to clear the line. Thank you very much Corey for your persistence and dedication to the job!!

JP Plumbery did a great job and for a very fair price. I had my boiler for a radiant heating system replaced by them. Ben was courteous, professional and seemed to really take pride in his work. The city inspector commented on what a nice job he did and said most jobs that he inspects don't look as nice. I am very glad that I went with them.

Ask for Christopher. He did a phenomenal job! Prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely my go to for plumbing!

In late November 2022, I had a maintenance issue with my Carrier furnace that was installed by Sunshine Plumbing and Heating in 2011. I called for service on November 30th. When I asked for a service appointment, I was told that they were not scheduling service calls. I assumed that meant, in the short term, they were too busy. I asked for a later date, perhaps in January, and was told “we’re not scheduling service calls”. I told the person that over the past years, I spent over $12k with Sunshine, and what was I supposed to do? I was told to “find another contractor”!!!! I asked to speak to a manager, and was transferred to a voicemail. I left a message with my cell phone number and never heard back. Later that night, I went on-line to the Sunshine website. The site still has a portal to file a service request. I filed a service request, and that has gone unanswered. On 12/2/22, I contacted another heating contractor, got immediate service, and the maintenance problem has been resolved. My purpose in filing this review is to alert potential customers of Sunshine of this experience. I have no idea what is going on with Sunshine that caused their unacceptable response; however, I will never do business with them again. I gave this review 1 Star, only because I had to; it's really ZERO STARS.

I was referred to Unlimited Plumbing from a friend and i couldn't be happier with the results. Eli and Eric were amazing. They were on time, professional, honest and wiling to adapt to situations. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on. Thank you guys for your outstanding work.
