I had another plumber come out they were not ready and they made excuses why my drains were clogged. I called Rocketman they came out 2 days later they fixed the problem in 20 minutes.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

I called Four Star last week and asked if I could get an estimate on how much it would be to replace a flex duct heater crossover under a mobile home. The home is a 30 minute drive west of Albuquerque, so I was told they would charge me $100 for the estimate because of the drive. I agreed on the price and made an appointment for today 1/9/23. Today the technician called me and said he was getting ready to head out to do the estimate. He said the clock starts now. When I told him that there was a flat $100 charge for the estimate he told me to call the office. When I called the office, they informed me that the price is now $200. $100 for the drive and an extra $100 for an hour of labor to do the estimate, which would only require a tape measure and 5 to 10 minutes. When i questioned the additional charge, Evelyn responded by telling me that I obviously do not understand the service industry. At that point I politely canceled. Such a waste of time.

Calling Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was a great choice. They were able to get me scheduled right away, and then the plumbers were able to get here even hours earlier than originally anticipated. Corey was kind and professional. They got the job done quickly, and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of! Thank you so much!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
