I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

The pan of our water heater let go and dumped 40 gallons of water on the floor below. B Carlson and their technician Tony did a great job keeping us informed during the entire process. Tony was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, easy to work with and friendly. As scheduling shifted around trying to get the problem resolved and the tank replaced we were kept informed by the office group. We were most pleased and appreciated the help. A new tank was installed, the job was clean and done efficiently.

Called Central plumbing about a slab leak and owner Mark came within two days to jackhammer, repair, refill and concrete within 4 hours for a 1/3 of the price!! Very pleased will call again and again. Thanks Mark

The folks at MGP have always been honest, friendly, and easy to work with. They have done both maintenance and repairs at our house. We have always been very satisfied with their professionalism and the quality of work.

Tech (Carl Wallace) installed powered anode in Bradford White hot water heater. We purchased anode via Amazon. His experience in Corrales shows these fix rotten egg smell in hot water tank. Service was rapid, careful and efficient.

I had a small job for now...10 minutes, tops, that I don't have the tools for. Said $85 for the call. Didn't show. Didn't leave a message if they called. Wouldn't take $500+ per hour ($85 * 6) for a small job. Now, you lost my big job I have coming up, a half-house re-pipe in a remodel. While plumbing is a trade, customer service is still important.

Donner Plumbing is a great service! They've been out to our house for several different jobs. The entire team is incredibly nice, friendly, and patient (because we don't know jack about plumbing). A shout out to Neil, who schedules the jobs, and he has been super helpful in getting help for us as quickly as possible. Joseph and Tristan recently replaced our evaporative cooler (which was a complicated job) and were extremely kind to my mom. They worked for hours in this terrible heat and never gave up. She is now lounging around in blissful, cooling air. Call Donner if you have a plumbing issue.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. Rick was very professional from my initial contact with him through the installation process. The team was easy to work with and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the installation process. There was an issue with the heat not working after the installation. I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call.
