When we ordered our new AC/Heating unit, Tracey was super helpful explaining all our different options and she is always very responsive any time we have a problem. All categories mentioned are surely true. I haven't had a service call that I enjoyed as todays. I felt trusting not skeptical . I'd been scheduled a 2 hr. window and to my delight the fellas showed up on the front end of that 2 hr. window and called ahead. My worries as a senior citizen were all for nothing. I was in good hands with Central Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

I am a Realtor and have used Pro Plumbing for more than ten years (10) for my own properties as well as recommended them to all of my clients. During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

We just had our cooling system upgraded from evaporative to refrigerated air. Noah came out and gave us the estimate. A really nice guy. We’re so satisfied with the service we received! They are true professionals. They sent four employees out on the day they did the job, so they finished in one day. Everything was done professionally. Thank you Afforadable Service!

Strong Communication. As of this writing, the work has not been done (we are converting to refrigerated air). However Wagner’s have been good communicator letting me know when people would arrive who was coming and they have taken the time to answer my questions. They also take the time to explain any technical questions I might have.Update:The conversion to refrigerated air was completed and it was very well done. The team was very courteous and took the time to answer all of our questions completely. The quality of their work was excellent and they did a great job cleaning up.Service on 10/17/20, we had Wagner’s service the furnaces to get it ready from winter. They did an excellent job with great communication. They left estimates for new water heater as ours is getting older but there was no heavy sales pressure. I appreciate the professionalism.

WMF crew slipped their schedule for the followup visit, but that's not really unusual for contractors who are reacting to unpredictable crises around town, and anyway they personally covered for them the same day.

I've never written a review about anything in my entire life until today. Had a leak in my house called these guys to come look at it. Waited, waited, waited, called them they said that they had already came and went to my house, to my surprise. Turns out they went to my neighbors house asked them if they had a leak my neighbors said no. They did not identify my house or look at the address or identify anyone inside of my neighbors home. I know that businesses like this must be busy but it is inexcusable to not identify a home where the problem was. Don't know if this is a reflection of poor leadership or incompetence, either way I am looking for others to fix the problem.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!
