I had a plumbing emergency (leak we could not shut off) after hours, and my usual plumber was closed. The Rocketman dispatcher was very nice and assured me they could get to me next and were at my home to stop a leak within a few hours of calling. All of this was after business hours, and I am not a usual customer of theirs! They were able to stop the leak with the supplies they had. And returned promptly the next morning for a permanent fix. The fees were reasonable for emergency work. And more of the repair was done the next day at regular prices, that were also reasonable. I will use them again. The plumber did a great job of communicating with me every step of the way and was very professional. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

On August 3rd 2017, I called Central Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for an estimate. They came right over and after the estimate they gave me a very reasonable price, pleased I said yes and they were able to start immediately on the job. Tony and Jason came to my home today and very efficiently switched my furnace to swamp cooler. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. I had signed up for the maintenance plan and Tony explained what this entails. I'm glad to have done this today. I will use this company again in the fall as part of my maintenance plan. MGP installed a ventilation fan, vents, and thermostat in our outbuilding, which had to be customized. They were prompt and professional in providing a quote and the service, and the work was fairly priced and great quality. I highly recommend them and will use them again for any HVAC needs!

I've tried different plumbers in Albuquerque in the last 13 years and these guys are the ones I've come to trust over the years.

Our drain for our washing machine is over 70 feet and it can get clogged with roots. These guys have done excellent work in removing the roots and keeping the area clean.

Their pricing was totally fair, they were on time, tidy, and they finished rather quickly.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. They say they will get to the job but now seem too busy. Say they will call back, no reply. Now they would rather I find someone else. They don't care that their delay and inaction is causing me to run out of heating and hot water. Their delay canceling the work til the holidays is a big problem, that they don't care about. I will never even consider using them again.

We had a plumber come out and they attempted to fix the valve in our shower but when their effort failed they said we would have to tear out a wall then they literally ran out the the door.
Then we called Four Star Mechanical who came back several times, refusing to give up on fixing the plumbing valve. They saved our closing on the house as well as saving us a great deal of money.

Have them come out for maintenance of furnace. Say everything was working fine. Didn’t do anything, just look at it and charge me $130. After they left, my heater would not turn on. Had to call them back. They say the thermostat was set too low, that’s why it doesn’t trigger the heater to come on. They charge me another $100. I never change the settings. So how did it get set so low….
