These guys are awesome! They were the only ones to make time on a Monday when my sewer backed up. Doug was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and patient as I followed him around and asked a zillion questions.

When the problem wasn’t resolved after his visit and we needed and estimate on possible sewer pipe repair he came the next morning after we called to get the estimate started. The next day a crew was digging and working to figure out exactly what was going on.

They communicated with my through the whole process and were awesome to talk to. Everyone that came to my house brought a good attitude and worked hard.My sewer pipe is done and I’m so happy that we came across this company.

I will definitely use them in the future!

First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. OMG—we’ve been putting up with broken showers and individual h/c faucets for years that were impossible to get the temp right. Finally called Wagner and got everything fixed in one day—changed to single controls. I’m so happy. Robert Tafoya was professional, knowledgeable, very polite and just took care of it all. Was a little pricey but just like everything else these days so I agreed and ultimately worth it.

WMF crew slipped their schedule for the followup visit, but that's not really unusual for contractors who are reacting to unpredictable crises around town, and anyway they personally covered for them the same day.

I had used another company for some small repairs, intending to use them again to replace our water heater, but called/emailed several times with no response. I saw VB recommended by someone on FB, decided to call and get a quote. He said they were available TODAY, came out and knock it out immediately (like at my door within an hour from the call). Even helped me get my fireplace pilot lights back on and we now have working fireplaces for the holidays. Definitely a great experience.

I've never written a review about anything in my entire life until today. Had a leak in my house called these guys to come look at it. Waited, waited, waited, called them they said that they had already came and went to my house, to my surprise. Turns out they went to my neighbors house asked them if they had a leak my neighbors said no. They did not identify my house or look at the address or identify anyone inside of my neighbors home. I know that businesses like this must be busy but it is inexcusable to not identify a home where the problem was. Don't know if this is a reflection of poor leadership or incompetence, either way I am looking for others to fix the problem.
