Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

Mike was extremely helpful and assisted with a few other small problems that i had been unable to fix - he did them willingly and did not charge me

I am very greatful that when I called Central Plumbing, I was able to get my problem resolved the same day especially on a Friday. I had called different places, and no one was available until the following Monday. I really recommend them.

Scott and the rest of the team at RMS Services are great! We've had a couple of plumbingHVAC issues at our new house and they've been honest and upfront about costs, professional in every way, and just all-around great folks to work with. I highly recommend RMS Services.

I waited four days for another plumber to show up. Called Donner Plumbing at 7:00 Monday morning and a heating specialist and assistant were at my house by 9:30 a.m. Long story short... my boiler needed to be replaced. Damian, the service Plumber, was excellent. He and Ricardo, his assistant kept the area clean and were very conscientious, considerate, and respectful. His work was excellent and I plan to use this company for all my heating and plumbing needs.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Technician Jerod Burhn & Vicente Jaramillo were courteous, polite, and professional. Jerod was helpful when out at my home and was able to help me to verify that there was no leak coming the slab in my bathroom. He identified the source of the problem so we could get the appropriate technician out to my residence. Technician Vicente Jaramillo was able to identify the problem immediately and provided me with options to fix the problem on site. Would highly recommend services from ABQ plumbing, heating, and cooling!

We are remodeling our bathroom and ran into a toilet drain issue. Ben and Mike arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it sorted within an hour. They were extremely helpful in answering our questions, and were both very courteous and kind. I would definitely call these guys again if we have other plumbing issues down the line! A+ top notch service!!

Pretty disappointed. Daniel’s didn’t come out. I asked the receptionist if I could tell her what was going on with my fireplace and she said it wouldn’t help her. Asked if the tech could call me so they would know if they could fix it, what the problem is, model etc. she told me that would not be possible and that they would show up and charge me 67 dollars without so much as an inkling of what might be going on. It was unprofessional and irresponsible imho. Too bad.

Quality, friendliness, on time, responsive, and professional. In fact, I was very happy with the service provided this afternoon. Surprised it cost me $371 to turn only one swamp cooler on, but I paid with no question asked. Had to go to Lowe's for some garden material, passed by the cooler isle, found that a belt that I paid $75(material only) for, cost only $8 at Lowe's. Aspen filter that I paid $126(material only) for, cost $12. I was shocked, but given the benefit of doubt, I called First Rate back and ask if it would be a mistake. The answer was no, that's how much they charge for the convenience of having the material available on site. I get it that all businesses have their materials marked up for convenience costs, etc. I don't mind paying extra, 2x, even 3x extra. But here, we're taking about 10x extra! I do not believe this kind of charge to be ethical. Had I not gone to Lowe's, I would not have known how much I got ripped off! Lesson learned. To the owner's defense, the material they use is of quality, unlike what is sold at Home Depot or Lowe's. When asked how different the quality is, she could not give me a straight answer but they provide one year warranty. Lowe's also has one year warranty! While I was very happy with the service, spending almost $400 for getting one swamp cooler running is ridiculous. $142 for service charge - fair, $75 for one belt and $126 for aspen pads is a total rip-off to their customers. Great service, but be prepared to either have your own material ready, or spend 10x for your convenience!
