Best Boiler Maintenance in Albuquerque NM

I have been using them for years for my 2 properties in Albuquerque and referring them to our HOA, but lately they went down hill. They keep messing up the schedule, there is no communication among themselves, they don't return calls, and I feel that they are gouging. Their hourly prices are huge for New Mexico. I will be looking for a competitor and will not refer them to our HOA. Customer service is very important to me, and they are not providing a good one.

First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. Called Central plumbing about a slab leak and owner Mark came within two days to jackhammer, repair, refill and concrete within 4 hours for a 1/3 of the price!! Very pleased will call again and again. Thanks Mark

I have used Albuquerque Plumbing since I’ve moved to Albuquerque, it’s now 5-1/2 years. They have always been very professional. Their work is excellent and they are very customer service oriented. Mike, the manager , has been very fair and understanding of his loyal customers. And the technicians are well trained and extremely knowledgeable. I just had a job done by them regarding the water heater and Joe and another technician were excellentThank you Albuquerque Plumbing for all your great business practices. Came to the unit even when the property management company botched the work order to help me when our heater died. Was polite, professional, and helpful. Couldn't recommend enough.

Do yourself a favor and go with a professional outfit. Not only did they use parts that were not up to code, they left a huge mess. In the end, I decided to call another plumber and I'm glad I cut my losses.

They claim on their website that they provide a long list of duct services however they do not do any of those things. I am not sure why a business would advertise that they perform services that they don't actually do.

As opposed to the person in charge of their AC business, there plumbing business is terrific. Knowledgeable, courteous and fair. We recommend there plumbing person, Brad, unconditionally.
