Tank was leaking, called Seneca plumbing, they arrived the same day because it was leaking. Didn't take long to install new tank, it was also updated and installed to code. Works great. I was in a tough spot and Rick came through big time. It about 9 pm, about to go to bed, and I noticed my sump pump must have died because the water level in the sump well was almost to the top. Good thing I caught it, would have been a mess down there. He took care of me and didn't try fleece me like some big companies would have tried to, due to the after hours situation. Will definitely use them again

Larry was very responsive, clean, and reasonably priced. He was able to diagnose my issue (clogged main sewer line) over the phone, put my mind at ease that it wasn’t a bigger issue, then come out to clean the line quickly. Will definitely call for any future needs.

Sam was great! He knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained my leaky main shut off valve. He talked me through all my options with no pressure and had Noah come out same day to replace the valve. Our price was right in range of our beginning quotes once the job was done. I had a backed up sewer line in my front yard. When I called, Michelle answered and was extremely sweet and kind and comforting. My father just passed away three days ago and I have his wake to go to tonight. Besides that, I have 30 people coming over to my house after the wake, along with seven out of town family members staying at my house. A backed up sewer line was my own personal nightmare! Michele called me right back and found a plumber who is finishing up a job named Jerry Christiansen. He was here within 45 minutes took very good care of me, explained everything thoroughly, and was also very kind and compassionate. These two employees of Frank’s, Mr. Plumber were my angels today, and I really appreciate everything that was taken care of in such a quick manner. Michele and Jerry, you’re my heroes 🥰
