The worker showed up promptly and fixed a problem that that a previous plumber could not . Worker was courteous and made sure the job was done thoroughly and effectively.
The two gentlemen who came (on a Sunday, Mother's Day) were professional and easy to work with. They were very thorough, diagnosed the problem readily, and fixed the issues quickly. They even had the courtesy to check on a few unrelated plumbing issues for free. All in all this was a good company to work with.

Jason G. was very helpful with snaking out the sewer line, which was clogged and starting to back up into my basement. He was personable, explained what was happening, and how he was going to solve the problem. Never showed. Made an appointment many days in advance. Said they'd be here between 11am-1pm. When I called, explained they were running behind and would be here at 2:30pm. After rearranging my schedule, to suit them, they never showed and would not answer their phone or return my messages. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company as they are unreliable.
From what the rest of the reviews say, there's a 50/50 chance of being satisfied.

The first day, the plumber didn't show up. I called to find out why. They had the wrong phone number. They call ahead to make sure you are going to be there. Since I didn't answer, he didn't come. He came first thing the next day. Installed two outside faucets, and an inside cut-off valve. Very good quality items used, fast job, and he didn't try to add any work to the job, which I appreciated. He was friendly and very professional, Great experience

Originally the first person who was sent to do repairs did not complete the job and actually told me to go buy stuff to finish it myself!
Upon calling they did work with me to come back out and this time a gentleman named mike came out to complete the repairs and he went above and beyond to make sure that the job was completed correctly and was kind and courteous !
Zack was incredible. He took care of our issue in just a few minutes. He was very professional and helpful. Couldn't recommend more.
Zak was very nice and thorough. Though a pipe unexpectedly broke, he went out and replaced with new parts and even cleaned up and put everything back in its place when he was done.

Jared was on time. He was able to come the day I called. He gave me clear directions for the new set up. I will definitely call THE PLUMBER agin if needed.
Someone came out and diagnosed the problem and I was then asked to pay the service fee. After the fee was paid, I was told that I needed a new part and they would do their best to find it. The worker then went back to the truck and made some calls. About 20 minutes later, I was told that they could not get the part, but he encouraged me to search on my own and if I could get it then they would install it.
The worker left and did not provide me with a receipt. I called them back the next day and requested a receipt, which they provided. I called the company several times as I was able to obtain the replacement part, They told me multiple times that someone would call me back but, I was never contacted. This led to me exploring other options to have my furnace repaired.
Overall, the company is very unresponsive and lacked professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their time and pocket book.

This company is a totally scam and works with the warranty companies to lie and deceive customers. They claimed to never of worked with my warranty company when they had been to my house before. And if you read their reviews they also have worked with them. They do horrid work and are untimely. They should be ashamed. I just wish there was a zero star!

I called this morning to have my sump pump repaired or replaced, and Don was here by 5pm! The sump pump was 5 years old so I replaced it. Once that was done, Don patiently answered multiple questions I had about other plumbing concerns on my to-do list. He was excellent, informative and kind. I attempted to use this company for a potential gas leak. They set me up for an AM slot and they never showed up. I attempted to call back several times and was hung up on. The lady I did speak with sounded wholy interested and I needed to repeat myself several times that it was an urgent appointment. They wrote down the wrong phone number to begin with which is why I never got a call back. The final straw was when she put me on hold mid sentance and sent me to a voicemail box when I asked for confirmation the plumber would comeif there was one.out with the proper tools to find the leak one.

On January 4, 2019, Keith P. arrived at our house late in the afternoon to do an estimate for a new hot water tank. We agreed. He offered to do the installation that day! We did not expect installation after 5 pm. We were surprised. It was so late in the day. We were not in a hurry but agreed. He installed the unit between around 5 pm and 7 pm and did an excellent job. He was friendly and answered all of our questions. My overall experience with the company was great. The girls I spoke to before making an appointment were wonderful also, very friendly, helpful and patient. We have had service by this company before and have never been disappointed. I would definitely contact this company in the future for service if needed. On April 14, 2020 Keith P. arrived at our house early in the afternoon and was able to replace our sub pump. He did an excellent job and was very friendly and answered all my questions and explained the job to me entirely and all my options. He left the area clean. I called the day before the sub pump problem which wasn't urgent at that time and they were able to send Keith out the next day.
Jarrett arrived on time, was very professional, had the problem resolved quickly by clearing the sewer line from outside. Great to deal with. We will call them for future needs..

The sump pump was turning on every 30-40 seconds when there was a heavy rain. Jason Garrison arrived at my home to resolve the issue around 11am on Thursday August 2nd, 2018. As stated in the invoice that was sent to me after I had paid, Jason “reinstalled 4 inch wye and gutter adaptor” and “installed new 1 1/2 inch pvc 90 and 45.” He also wrote that he then tested the sump pump by running water and “everything is working properly.” Yesterday we received our first heavy rain in the area and to my surprise the sump pump was kicking on just as frequently as it had before Jason deemed it as “workin properly.” I immediately called ‘The Plumber/72 Degrees’ and told them the situation in its entirety. The woman on the phone stated that a technician would be over between 10am-1pm and she would call me when they were on their way. I then called into work and took the day off so that I could speak with the technician when he arrived. Jason Garrison did not arrive until 4pm. I called the office almost every hour after 1pm and each time the woman on the phone simply told me he’s on another job and will arrive shortly. So I used an entire day of annual leave (roughly equates to $250), when I could have just come home after work and met the technician at the door. When Jason Garrison did arrive at my home we did not notice because he didn’t knock at the front door. Instead, he just went to the side of the house and began digging. So not only was he 3 hours later than the latest time he was supposed to show up at, he also doesn’t have the decency to meet with us first, possibly apologize for being late, and let us know what he’s about to dig up at the side of our house. I only knew he had arrived because my father spotted the company van parked on the street and when I asked how long he had already been there he said ten minutes. After waking around the house for a while checking different drainage pipes and whether or not they’re functioning properly, Jason determined that his “fix” from five days prior did not in fact fix the issue that we had. Instead, he presented us with a new solution where drainage pipe along the house would be dug up and replaced. This would cost $2200. So now I’m being asked to pay $2200 after I’ve already paid $405.64 to fix a problem that was described in the invoice from the initial appointment as, “working properly.”
I emailed the company about this and after going back and forth for several days the only thing they would offer was $300 off of the $2200 (if I chose to go that route). Beyond dissapointed with this company and I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING THEM.
Poor communication. No one showed up for the appointment that they scheduled for 9:30-10. Had to pay a guy double to come out after hours when I called this service at about 6:30 and waited for hours. Very disappointed

Had an issue with the hot water line in the kitchen. Initial repair seemed ok, but a day later the hot side of the faucet was just a trickle. With a second visit, a small piece of rubber was found blocking the line and now everything seems to be working the way it should! I really appreciated the concern for customer satisfaction- they’re committed to their work. I’m Glad they stand by that work.

Service was excellent but I found the charges to be extremely high, much more costly than I anticipated.
The service was very expensive - I had someone else do similar work for about half the price; but that guy retired and I had an emergency. Paid $1200 for a replacement of the in wall components to a shower that leaked when in use. If I could have waited and shopped around I would have - quality of work was good and the technician was very professional and did very good work.

My sewers clogged with roots and the first visit yielded no results and a higher bill then promised. I was not pleased but understand things come up.
Upon telling them I was unhappy and because they had to come back to finish the job with larger equipment, they offered to help by finding the most cost effective solution to my problem when they could have simply charged me the highest price and told me to deal with it.
Their honesty was commendable and will now use them for all issues in the future.
Replace a toilet. Job ended up costing 2x estimate, once the water was off, no choice. Destroyed a plaster ceiling to learn there were no pipes there to find. So, 2x estimate plus another big chunk to repair a ceiling destroyed for no outcome. In addition, Reassembled a different toilet after putting in a new wax seal. Tank leaked, tried to charge $300 more to replace a washer or two.
He was very efficient and explained everything he did.
Very professional and responsive company. Easy to deal with reasonably priced.

Main Sewer line needed clearing due to roots. Jarrett was the technician this visit, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of my concerns. The line was fully backed up and I was sure it was a root problem in the front yard. Jarrett decided to try and clear the blockage through the outside vent at the foundation. This worked very well and prevented any sewage from getting onto the basement floor. The dispatcher in the office, Lisa, kept me well updated with estimates of the tech's arrival which was within 2 hours of my initial call, that and the service performed made me very happy with 'The Plumber

(First: Not sure on which of the above services I was suppose to list, but it had to do with my 122 year old house having a major water leak that flooded my basement. It has very old pipes, and I did not know what exactly busted to cause my basement to flood). That being said, here is my review for your company:

Will was great. On time, very professional, thorough, and friendly. He was able to get our hot water working on a temporary basis until the new tank was ordered and delivered. He then returned and installed the new tank quickly, efficiently, neatly. We would recommend him any time.

We had Will visit our home for our service call. He called in the time frame we were told and let us know when he was 30 minutes out. Showed up, put the booties on his shoes to keep my floors clean (very nice!) and was very informative and kind. Nothing is worse than a lot of water in my basement. But the good news that there is The Plumber who told me what to do over the phone and the next day Keith came over and repaired the damage. These are people whom I can trust. Now I don’t have to worry I know it is fixed correctly. One of the plumbing inspectors in my town told me that he never has to come back when they start a job because everything is done well.
Jason is a great plumber and very knowledgeable. If you want someone that’s neat, he the guy.
The sewer line on my property was replaced
10/22. Two sections of sidewalk were damaged and a pile of stones and dirt were left on my lawn. I have been contacting your company since 04/23, without satisfaction.
Only received excuses for not performing the required restorations. The insurance carrier has been notified several times and receives the same excuses. This is unacceptable. Very poor business practice.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The worst company I have ever done business with. Their representative (Joe), attempted to coerce my 82 year old mother into accepting a cheap inferior tiolet after assuring us that the replacement would be comparable to the toilet she had. He was very rude over the phone with me and in person with my mom. Jackie, the receptionist is also very rude and didn't handle our complaints in a professional manner. We have been waiting for four hours for Joe to arrive to replace the toilet after his manager agreed to exchange it for one of better quality, and both he and Jackie refuse to give me an ETA. Save yourself a real headache and DON'T do business with this company.

Today I received a call from The Plumber 72 degrees as they wanted to listen to my concerns regarding my hot water tank install. I discovered that there was a miscommunication with HomeServe in the way they detailed what was done which was not entirely accurate. I appreciate Joe taking the time to look into the matter and clarifying things with me. Their technician was professional and the installation was completed to our satisfaction. Called in service for my employer about a plugged touchless delta faucet on tuesday, had a great tech named Jason out Wednesday morning. Jason went through the sink build step by step until he found the clogged filter in the control unit. “The Plumber” showed up on time, was professional and corrected our problem quickly. Very happy with all aspects.
DO NOT USE! My home warrany company sent them out, so I cant comment on prices.
However, he did not fix Hot water tank properly. He replaced the dip tub.
After he replaced, he turned the flame one notch up right below the hottest setting! He never told me, which resulted in me burning my hands while washing dishes with SCALDING HOT WATER. I dont know what his reason was for doing this. The only thing I can think of he could “fool” me into thinking it was fixed.
Little did he know when that scalding hot water becomes luke warm while filling a 1/4 of a bathtub, I would find out.
He should have replaced the tank. Why would he not? The tank is 25 yrs old!!!
I am beyond upset and so are my scalded hands!
Guys showed up to our bursting pipes and had numerous leaks repaired within a few hours. Saved the day for us.
The plumber is one of the best plumbing company I have ever used. They put brand new swear pipe for one of my property and they did excellent job. I have no complaints at all with there job, and I highly recommend other to use there service.

I have had them over 3 times to fix the sewer line that is connected to my house, yet, my basement is still flooded with water from the sewer for about 2 months.
Went the extra mile to clear out a sewer drain. Turned out to be roots and he offered advise on how to solve the issue and also gave a quote for The Plumber service for root removal. Had to come inside the residence to clear the drain and left no mess at all. Very satisfied with the work he did. I’ve used this company on a few other occasions and have been satisfied with the work every time.

We had an emergency situation where all our sinks backed up and had pipes leaking from each one as well as in the basement. Homeserve set us up with this company and they came out right away. Will, the plumber, was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient- he got the clog cleared immediately and set up another appt. to replace pipes in our basement. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues!
Tech was great. Had our sub pump inspected for the sale of our house. Everything was good, only got charged the service call and had a chat about the place I’m moving to. Good guy, would call back if we weren’t moving.

Was extremely disappointed with this contractor. They were called out to my home by my warranty company for a broken sewer line. Inspected it and videotaped it in November. Said they would contact Homeserve about it. They cam back in December and did the same thing. Technician said he would take care of everything and I did not have to do anything, would send in a proposal to Homeserve. Still never heard anything by February. Called them in February. Melanie said she would contact that technician and get back to me. Never got back to me. I called again. Melanie said she did not know and I should call Homeserve. I called Homeserve, they did not know anything, finally after a few calls, found out The Plumber never submitted a proposal. More calls with Homeserve. Homeserve said The Plumber would be submitting a bid. Never heard anything. Spoke to Homeserve today and now they are saying The Plumber will not be submitting a proposal because nothing is wrong. The Plumber is the worst contractor ever. Will never recommend this service.

I would not use these folks again.
They performed a warranty repair of my water heater which required it be replaced. The first visit they did not show up for, and called that evening to apologize and reschedule. It took them 3+ weeks to get the paperwork to the warranty company (which they blamed, while the warranty company took only 1 hour to approve the claim once received). They scheduled the installation and did another no-show, call late to reschedule. Installed on a Friday, left and said it would be a few hours for hot water. I called after several hours to say no hot water and they said they'd be out. Called the following day, not sure if we can come tonight, but will Monday. They called Monday to say ... can't make it, but will come Tuesday morning. Came, looked it over and claimed it was a defective water heater, and that it was my problem because the warranty company told them they would not pay to fix it. Called and spoke with the supervisor who denied any responsibility and said it was all the fault of the warranty company.
I decided to take things into my own hands and called the manufacturer. They said they'd spoken with the installer and told him he didn't follow the installation instructions and burned up the heating element. They said they had told him they would as a courtesy to me provide a replacement at no cost, but it was his responsibility to install it ... correctly this time. I took down the information to pick the replacement part from LOWES at NO COST TO ME, and installed it that evening. The original part was burned up because he turned it on before filling with water. If there's a way to upload a photo, I'll post a picture of the burned element.
They had the nerve to attempt to collect the installation and repair fees from the warranty company.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with this company!! We were having some issues with water backing up in our laundry room tub and kitchen sink. I had went to Roy's previously where they ended up quoting me 54k dollars to fixed our deteriorated pipes, as that was the reason they believed they couldn't snake our drain.
I explained to the boss at the plumber what was going on and he had someone out the next day. Jason spent 3 hours, and was unable to clog the pipe for 200 dollars. I cannot tell you how happy we are that the issue was able to fixed, and would absolutely recommend using this company for your plumbing needs. I could tell that everyone i spoke with was not only knowledgeable but kind and compassionate. I will certainly be using their service going forward and recommend you do the same!

Not happy at all with my experience with The Plumber or 72 Degrees, what ever name they decide to use.
I had a leaking water supply line going to my boiler, so they came over to fix it. They cut out about 8 feet of old pipe, and replaced it with 4 small sections of copper pipe, totaling 8 feet. After replacing the leaking pipe, they left the repaired section unsupported, it came loose, and the soldered fitting busted. This is no surprise because there is a puddle of solder sitting on the floor under the exact connection, which should have been their first indication that what they were doing is not correct.
When I called for the 24 hour service to have someone come over and repair the pipe that is now leaking water all over the boiler, I never received a call back, and had to call them again 2 days later. They sent someone out the same day, who changed the copper fitting, and left the pieced together 8 foot run of copper pipe unchanged. When I asked him if he supported the pipe, he said yes, he supported it with sting. WITH STRING! I asked him As a professional, you are telling me that is a sufficient fix? he replied with I don't have anything else to use.
Needless to say, I will not be using these people ever again. I would suggest that you do not waste your time or money on them as well.

My furnace completely went out on me 2 days before the snow storm is suppose to hit. Thankfully our technicians replaced us with a new one just before the storm got here! We are warm and forever thankful!
I've never encountered a company as laxidasical as this one. They left my home a muddimess, did not put things back where they were supposed to.
Even after requesting that it be done prior to them leaving my home and was assured that it would be done. Including electrical grounding that they themselves removed. I called back the same day while the trucks were literally leaving my street and was told someone would be out the next morning. No one ever showed. Told me to call back that afternoon they'll send someone out. It's 3 days later and I'm still waiting.
This is horrible for a business.
Now today I'm told someone will be out, and if they're not there within an hour to call back.. I'm terribly disappointed.
And they do not care in any way at all.
They were honest, gave good advice. Did not try to fix what was not broken.

They were an absolute NIGHTMARE. First, they grossly misdiagnosed the problem at the time of quotation. Once they started digging, they attempted to charge me an additional $4,000 - 6,000 to correct the problem - on top of an already premium priced quote. When I refused, they ended up charging me an additional $1,400!?!?! They structurally damaged my brickwork. Under intense pounding and digging, the wall and column literally shifted. They are refusing accountability and even proof of insurance. BEWARE!!!

Keith from The Plumber came out in late June to look at several items, including toilet water level and flushing issues. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. He also was able to diagnose and fix a sump pump / back-up sump pump issue that was causing over-saturation in my back yard.
Keith is very professional and did a great job informing me of what the issue was for each item and his recommendations to repair / replace it.

The Plumber, Jason, was on-time, polite and friendly. I wanted to have my drain cleaned as a preventive maintenance, and I did, but there was no good way to access it because of the age of the house, so I agreed upon making an access point on the main stack which should work well in the future. I guess I was given a discount. Things are so expensive these days and any little bit helps. I also learned that their were some roots in the drain and that I should have the drain cleaned every year. I will look for their 99.00 coupon in the paper next year. Also, Christina the receptionist was friendly and helpful on the phone.

Our sump pump stopped working so we called The Plumber, Heating and Cooling. They answered our call and came out that night with a temporary fix. They explained our options which included just replacing the old one or adding a backup with an alarm. We ended up having them install a backup which is powered by water and an alarm that has an app to notify us of high water levels and in case of power outage. I would highly recommend contacting The Plumber for any plumbing or heating/air conditioning needs

I had a horrible experience. They came to do an estimate on a hot water tank. No one told me I would be charged. They were here maybe 5 minutes and charged me $89. I will not use them or refer them.
Will, the plumber came to unclog my kitchen drain. I would recommend them and use them again if necessary. Hopefully, after doing the monthty maintenance with their recommended drain cleaner I won't have a need.🙂

On May 10, 2023, Jason, the master plumber came to my house and gave me an estimate. The estimate was for doing all the rough plumbing and finishing all the work including installing a new bath tub, new toilet, and a new sink in the bathroom. In the kitchen, all the rough plumbing was done waiting for the sink and the faucet drain lines and traps to be installed. I chose the plumber, Jason, to do the work because he told me he could start it next week, but it took 3 appointments to finally get him to start the work. For 2 of the 3 appointments, I was told that Jason is sick. He started the work without pulling the permit with the town. When I called the town to see if the inspection was done, they told me that Jason never pulled the permit. On May 24th, I paid another installment. Per segment #2 of the contract, services A100 “I returned and turned water on. All water is on with no leaks. We will have work inspected next week. We will return to set fixtures and collect final payment.” On May 30th, when I called the office of the plumber, they told me they want me to pay more money and would not finish the job until I paid them more money to pull the permit, and get the town inspector to inspect the plumbing. I paid another installment. In total, I have paid several thousand dollars and per contract, I owe hundreds of dollars when the plumber is done installing all the items mentioned. On the 2nd week in August, I called the plumber, requesting that they come out to finish the job.
CANCELLATIONS:
My first appointment was August 25th.
My next one was August 31st.
The following one was September 5th.
The next one was September 6th.
The last cancellation was September 8th.
My pending appointment is for Monday, September 18th per Casey. The reasons given to me by the plumber’s office included Jason is out of town, Jason is still out of town, Jason is working in Rochester, and Jason is on a more important job with a main break.
My plumbing was completed today by Jason & Lance. They did a good job. I paid the remaining balance. Thanks

These guys came out here to take a look at a leak that was coming from my second story bathroom, and I was having issues with my pilot light on my hot water heater they charged $89.00 just to walk on the door. They then went upstairs said that they couldn't see anything and would have to cut into the ceiling from the family room to find the leak , this would have cost $300 just to cut the hole , no repair of the drywall, and to fix whatever plumbing issue there was would be extra. This issue ended up being a loose fitting on my upstairs sink that was leaking water down into the ceiling at a rate of about a gallon per hour which ended up costing me nothing because I decided to get a second opinion from another plumber. Now onto the hot water heater, the old unit is twelve years old so I realize it was time to get a new one anyways, so the tech pulls out his pamphlet to go over pricing with me , he starts at the most expensive option, $2,500 which had a 15 year warranty, so essentially you would get a free water heater in about 10 years. The next level down was right around $2,000 this one had a 10 year warranty. The last and least expensive option was around $1,500 this came with a 6 year manufactures warranty. Again, I ended up getting a second opinion and boy am I glad, I paid $875 for a 50 gallon, installed. Glad I dodged that bullet. Hopefully you do too!

DO NOT waste your time or hard earned money on these scammers. When it comes to painting a good picture Joe and Joel are regular piccaso's. Any company thats constantly changing their company name, location, and workers should throw up a huge red flag. Try searching reviews for Water Works the name of their previous company and see what damage these two have caused in the past. Whether ripping off the edlerly or those caught up in an emergancy this company has proven time and time again to be all about high pressure sales. Call them if you want but once you see their prices youll throw them out of your house asap, and if you dont I feel very sorry for you. This company bases its price book on $250 an hour for the first hour and $150 an hour after that...and thats before the parts cost that they triple. Your $15 thermocouple will turn into a $200 job and no matter how good of a song and dance they have at the end of the day this company will screw over and over charge anyone and everyone they can. From fake addresses to buying the rights to upper class mailing lists and old outdated plumbing company phone numbers these guys will cut the throat of who ever stands in their path to being the best service company they can be......yeah right! if your looking to be completley taken advantage of and sold things you dont need at 5 times their cost then be all means give The Plumber a call today.

Been asking for them to LOOK at my heater since August 2022. It's now December and they have canceled three times. Apparently only have one worker who gets sick often. I also notice that The Plumber only responds to positive posts. No acknowledgment of the wrong they do. Update, it's now February 2023, and they got let go from HSA because of how bad they are. The plumber absolutely refused to come look at my furnace. Thank you The Plumber for letting a 5 year old a 14 and 11 year old freeze all winter.

I have been a repeat customer to The Plumber for a few years now but can no longer support the business.
Last year during my boiler yearly maintenance/ start up, the technician suggested some additional service prior to this year’s season. I called in August and set up my yearly appointment with the pervious years’ service recommendation for October. The office called the night before my service appointment to say that they needed to reschedule. The earliest date for a reschedule was 11/9 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. I took that appointment and reminded the customer service rep of the recommendations made etc. By 2:30 PM on 11/9 I had heard nothing from anyone at The Plumber. I called and the customer service rep called the technician and called me back to say he was not going to make it that day. They rescheduled me for the following day 11/10 from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. I called on 11/10 to ensure that the technician was actually coming (which the rep. confirmed). The technician showed up at 5:30 PM and said he was just going to give an estimate. At this point I still had no heat and the technician clearly wanted to get out as soon as possible. I called the office and spoke with the office manager on 11/11. She ensured me that the technician was supposed to have completed the work on 11/10 and wasn’t sure why he hadn’t and why I did not receive the estimate. She sent me the estimate via email and it totaled close to $2,000. She said she would call me back by 11/14 once she spoke to the technician because she wanted me to have a good experience.
As of today’s writing on 11/21 I still have yet to receive a call back from her. I subsequently went to another company who completed my start up work and testing for $200. The estimate provided by The Plumber included replacement for fixtures that didn’t need fixing just thorough cleaning. I’m someone who likes to give the benefit of the doubt, but on multiple levels The Plumber dropped the ball, from poor scheduling, to poor communication, a technician clearly not wanting to complete the work, to lack of follow up by the office manager it has been severely disappointing.
If you do still choose to use them for work on your house, please, please, PLEASE get a second opinion. Had the office manager followed up, I’d have spent the recommended $2,000 and wasted a bunch of money on a company that is clearly not looking out for its customers.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet leaking. I called and got an appointment for the following morning. The technician arrived as scheduled and went to work. He made every effort to save me money by replacing the hose (it's a pull-out faucet by Glacier Bay just 6 years old) but they no longer sell replacement hoses so I had to get a new faucet installed. Removing the old faucet was very difficult. I felt sorry for the technician. He had to make a few trips to Home Depot, first for a replacement hose and then to buy a new faucet. He left the area clean and took all the trash out with him when he left. He was wonderful and made sure that the new faucet was properly installed and working as it should. I was so pleased with the service that I will definitely use them again if need by. Shout out to the technician Jarrett. He was great!

Very responsive during a water issue in basement. Came that evening and pumped it out. Returned the next day and used camera to identify multiple breaks/seperations in underground pipes from downspouts and sump pump going to storm sewer. Scheduled and came excavated the areas and fixed the lazy work the orignial installers did which caused the problems.

Water line in the house broke and needed to be fixed ASAP. As we all have reasons I too had mine and needed to have it fixed same day. I didn’t have time to mess with it as I had to get to work so I called around noon and they had a technician/plumber out to the house a few hrs later. Found the leak quick and had it repaired before bath and shower time for the kids. Couldn’t be happier and didn’t break the bank. Excellent service and speedy response. Side note my wife said the gentleman that showed up to find and repair the broke water line was nice and not a grumpy a****** which is always a giant plus. Will most likely use them anytime I dont have the time or just don’t feel like doing whatever may come down the road. That’s all I got so if you read this and it helped; your welcome :-)

Had a hot water tank replaced through American Home Shield by The Plumber, Less than 12 months ago. Nationl Fuel came to turn the gas on for one of my tenants and noticed All the plastic on the tank is melted, the exhaust on the new tank was joined into a existing exhaust for another apartments hot water tank without the proper fitting causing the tank to leak CO2 into the basement. Upon discovery and talking to The Plumber I was told I'm out of luck. He wont stand behind his work if it was covered through a warranty company. After explaining it was his work again, he than blamed the hot water tank manufacturer. No help at all. Willing to take the money from the warranty company but than pass the buck when something goes wrong. After he didnt like our conversation and me trying to assert my rights he than hung up on me. Terrible service, terrible attitude, and most importantly once hes paid it's all over. Don't expect even the most basic of a labor warranty.

Gas leak after the work was done. Warranty company called them for me. The plumber told me the warranty company denied the claim to fix the problem. A couple days later the warranty company called me and said they didn't deny the claim but that they wanted a second opinion from another plumber so they lied.
I had a clog in my sewer. The first person who came could not unclog it. The next person came, access the problem, came up with a game plan and fixed the problem. He was very easy to talk to and very professional. He ascertained the sewer was unplugged and water was running freely.

I called my insurance provider and this company was dispatched. From the Time of my call to arrival of Keith was very fast. Upon the arrival of Keith, he assessed the situation, started right on the issue of blockage from my front lawn into the house, and within less than 2 hours I had my drains working perfectly. Keith was very knowledgeable and a great representative.
Called 72 Degrees because I had a leak in my upstairs toilet that had started to seep into my kitchen ceiling. Was told that they were booked all night and could not get to me till the next day. So as they advertise 24 hour emergency service it does not exist unless they have an opening. I then agreed for the next day and was told someone would be there between 1:00 and 5:00 so i left work a half a day and you guessed it no one showed up nor did I receive a call from them. Go elsewhere for your Plumbing needs.
We are very pleased with the services provided today. We needed some pipes replaced and of course the old pipes were problematic. Seeming to be superglued together, our guy, Dave S., didn't let that stop him from removing the old pipes. It took more work which he seemed to do gladly..

I was a little nervous using a company I had never heard of before. I spoke to the owner of the company and he convinced me to let him come out in person to give me an estimate. He was so nice and his price was reasonable. They did the work, and I would definitely recommend them to others. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. They even fixed a small hole in my chimney for free because the service tech was worried it could cause Carbon Monoxide poisoning, and it wasn't noticed when they gave me the estimate. Unbelievably frustrating experience. I paid a bunch of money to have a broken pipe and roots removed and replaced, and was led to believe (as was noted on the invoice) that the repair went all the way to the main sewer. It did not, the replacement pipe ends almost 8 feet before the main. When I called to have this issue addressed, the original tech was incredibly rude and unprofessional, told me he would talk to his boss to see what could be done, and then they've basically ghosted me since then. I'm not surprised, because I've been calling for six months to have them do the reconstruction service since they literally left pieces of old broken clay pipe in my yard. Anytime I call the office, they give me the same blow-off line we'll email it to the main office and let them know. So dishonest and lacking in integrity, don't ever use this company if you actually want your plumbing issues solved correctly.
Better than expected for a first time experience. Service was wonderful. Same day visit. Will was very kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Resolved my issue quickly and gave great advice. Two thumbs up!! Would highly recommend to others.

Will came out to perform service under my American Home Shield home warranty on my hot water tank and also a clogged drain. He did a great job quickly and I would recommend this company.
Called to get a spoon out of my garbage disposal. Ten minutes max, pulled out spoon and flipped switch back on. They tried to charge me $185 for that! When I told him I had used another plumber (wish I had called him) they gave me bargain price of $160. After call to owner who clearly did not care that I was displeased I had to pay $125. I will never use this company again nor would I ever recommend them to someone. Huge rip off!!!

After weeks of waiting and taking 3-minute showers our broken hot water heater was finally replaced - however, the guy actually hooked up the hot water side to the cold water line and the cold water side to the hot water line. We then had to wait another week for them to come back and fix it.
Truly one of those you had one job moments. Just no. Find someone else.

I'm so pleased by the quick response time and incredible communication with this company. My house flooded on a Sunday morning, and these guys were so quick to respond when I called them! They were patient to walk me through some things over the phone, and since I was leaving to go out of town the next day I was okay to turn off the water main. While I was gone, a friend came to my house to let them in, and they explained it all over the phone to me again. They gave me an estimate for the work that was needed, and I gave the approval for the work. They did it quickly and were on their way. This most recent time I called them was the second. The first time was due to another leak I had for a separate issue upstairs. I had waited and waited on Cellino Plumbing to call me back, which they never did, so when one of my friends told me of his great experience with the Plumber, I called them and they came out quickly that time too. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and its staff!

Absolutely terrible, untrustworthy company. The fact that they use two different business names should be a cue that maybe they are hiding the negativity that surrounds their business.
I was set up with them through my warranty company. They canceled my first appointment 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive (I had taken off work) claiming a plumbing emergency. Rather than reschedule asap due to the inconvenience they caused, they scheduled me out another couple weeks.
Yet again, morning of the appointment (took off work again!) they called claiming a death in the family and canceled. Without further regard to my inconvenience, they scheduled another couple weeks out.
SHOCKINGLY, three days before the appointment they canceled claiming they were ending their relationship with the warranty company. I called the warranty company which denied this claim.
Needless to say, this is not a company that conducts itself with any sense of professionalism. I'm glad they did not end up doing any work in my house; clearly they cannot be trusted.

Bryan did a great job. He was knowledgeable and clear on his approach. While we didn't have luck clearing the blockage on this try, he explained the best options moving forward and helped to arrange those.
Had a major issue with a backup in my basement. Keith the technician was able to fix the problem in about an hr. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone with plumbing and sewage issues

I made a down payment to have central AC installed. They had to reschedule twice and then I had to call the day of the third attempt to find out that they couldn’t come out. I asked for a refund and was told that was fine. I have yet to receive my refund. Every time I call it’s a mess. Promises of having a callback from a manger never result in anything. I’ve been transferred to the owner twice and never got a return call. It’s been nearly 5 months with no resolution.

Our drain in our basement was backing up whenever we flush the toilet or when the washer would drain. We were given a 2-6 hour window, The plumber should up 2.5 hours earlier and got the job done on one of the coldest days of the year...7° outside today. Thanks Paul appreciate your work today. The Plumber did a great job getting my sump pump discharge up to code; knew the regulations, no over sell, pump replacement (my request) precise, also nice, clean, crisp install on the discharge line.
Additionally, they did a great job with the clean up. PERFECT.

These guys came into my home to do a small repair and smacked their stickers on everything in sight. Next time I had a water heater issue, I thought they had installed the water heater and called them. They had not installed the water heater, knew this but did just enough to void the warranty but not fix the water heater, which then did major damage to my basement. They would not refund me and took no responsibility. Never again will someone leave a sticker on my anything in my basement.
