Best Sewer Maintenance in Buffalo NY

I highly recommend Alaimo Plumbing and Heating. Sal came by to clear two plugged drains. He returned in the Fall for routine sewer maintenance. Sal is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. He explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any plumbing or heating concerns.

We had a seies of mixups and miscommunications interacting with the front office staff. Ultimately, after a no show tech appointment, we got a tech out to get a quote for new HVAC. Tech was there briefly, seemed casual and less professional than competition. Very prompt on providing quote but no info on equip make, models, efficiency being proposed. Sorry, if I'm going to spend 10k or more for an HVAC project, I want the vendor to be well organized, detail oriented, and professional. These folks didn't project that.

Tank was leaking, called Seneca plumbing, they arrived the same day because it was leaking. Didn't take long to install new tank, it was also updated and installed to code. Works great. The two installers we're very polite an professional an answered any questions. Will definitely do business with them again an refer Seneca plumbing to any one. You will be happy with the work and the price

Highly recommended.Greg stopped by to give me a quote, 1/3 less than what I was getting from other plumbers in the area, so it was simple, hired. I scheduled an installation, Joel and Mike stopped by the next day and within 90 minutes I had a new hot water tank. What really separates these guys from the rest is customer service. Everything was explained. Joel pointed out a leaking water shutoff valve not related to the hot water tank and recommended it get changed, I agreed, they changed it but at no charge. Who does that! Amazing. Yes, I know it is factored into the parts line item, but the customer service is top notch. There is no need to call anyone else but, T-Mark Plumbing.Thank you Greg, Joel and Mike!

We had Joe from Frank's Mr. Plumber install a new Gerber Comfort height toilet and a new shut off valve for it today. He also installed a new Moen faucet on our bathroom sink with new shut off valves for that. He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained everything to us, and was very courteous as well. All of Frank's team are very highly skilled, and you can always trust that it's a job well done. His entire team takes pride in a job well done. Ten star service for sure!

Matt O #103 was excellent. Cleared my main sewer line. He was very patient and did a terrific job cutting through the tree roots.

Technician came out, couldn't pinpoint the problem. Technician said the motor had play to it(couldnt move it by hand at all) Estimated a new motor with labor about 700 dollars, then said probably not worth fixing but they could get me a unit for 6,000. Fan broke during the process of checking system(i expected the noise to be the fan anyway). Technician said they would call me the following day for a price on a new fan blade and the install, never heard back from them and paid 89.99 for a diagnostic. I ended ordering a fan from amazon using the model number from my unit and installed it myself. A/c is working great, freezing cold. Will not recommend Roys to anyone.

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
