They installed a new Pfizer faucet after exactly 2 years. It is is loose and I requested repair. I was told because I provided the faucet, they were not responsible and when I objected (we have been loyal customers) he hung up on me. Incredibly rude.

The furnace in our mobile home was giving us problems so I phoned a furnace company to assess it. The man they sent was absolutely useless, so my husband called Seneca Plumbing. Russ came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it but notified us that soon we would need a new one.
We put one on order, but when Russ was doing the install, he discovered a problem with the roof which necessitated a completely different type of furnace. Russ not only successfully and professionally installed the new one, he also corrected the problem with the roof.
We were so happy with their knowledge and professionalism that my husband contracted them to put in a tankless water heater in our other house.
Yay for Seneca Plumbing. They are awesome.

This team is top notch! I woke up for work and realized the heat dropped from 72 degrees down to 62 and my furnace keep shutting on and off. Cold air blowing out of the vents. I have a 3 month old newborn at home, we panicked and didn’t know what to do. I gave this company a call and within 30 mins somebody came to my home and fixed my issue. Joe Novak was kind, funny and very knowledgeable. He took a look at everything and had be up and running within minutes! It was actually a simple fix, recommended a tune up at least once a year which i have neglected and did not try to sell me anything else. Hired Hazlett to install a tankless water heater and replace old galvanized drain pipes. Professional from start to finish. Quality work at a fair price. Cleaned up after themselves. Respectful of property. Promptly returned to fix a small leak that had developed at one of the installed fittings. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you Hazlett.

I had to have a new hot water tank installed . Called franks, had it installed within 24 hrs.The tech who installed it Nate, was friendly, professional, and cleaned up after himself which alot of people dont do. I am planning on using franks again for further work. Highly recommend.

Jason tech 5524 came over and was very courteous and professional. Had a serious pipe backup. He tried numerous amount of times without giving up until the pipe was clear and clog free. He was very relentless and had to go through 2-3 methods but stuck with it through the entire ordeal. Loved their service. Will recommend to any and everyone.

Very rude. Started phone call with do you even know what backflow is?... Um no I don't because I'm not a plumber but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
